Continuity mistake: Just after Carrie tells Doug that she knows what he has been doing, she storms out of the kitchen. Doug has his hand on a water bottle on the table, then picks it up as he rushes after Carrie. In the next shot of Doug walking into the living room, the water bottle is gone.

Factual error: At the end of the episode, Major Nelson leaves his Cocoa Beach, Florida, house and drives down the street. Behind the house at the end of the street (which is the home used for the Stephens family on "Bewitched"), there is a mountain. There are no mountains in Cocoa Beach.

Factual error: Sarah and Lieutenant Traxler both state that Tech Noir, the club Sarah is in, is on Pico Boulevard. After the gun battle inside the club, Sarah leaves with Kyle and they run a short distance down the alley behind the club before getting into a car. The Terminator jumps on and falls off as soon as the car is out of the alley. When the cop calls it in, though, he says he needs an ambulance at 7th and Broadway. Even assuming Tech Noir was on the corner of Pico and Broadway, that is still about 3/4 of a mile away from 7th and Broadway, so there is no way that was the intersection just outside the alley.

Revealing mistake: As Terri exits Jack's bedroom to stall the diamond thieves, you can momentarily see into the girls' bedroom. The wall that should be between the girls' bedroom and Jack's bedroom is missing and the floor and blue curtains of Jack's bedroom set are visible. Plot hole: As Jeannie is walking down the aisle with Dr. Bellows, she sees the first photographer about to take a photo. A second before the photo is snapped, she blinks in the mannequin, which can be photographed. Later, though, when Jeannie and Tony are watching the film of The Wedding, the mannequin is not visible, either. In the film, the photographer can be seen snapping that first photo (at this point, Dr. Bellows is walking down the aisle with the mannequin), but the film still shows Dr. Bellows walking down the aisle alone.

Sam's Spooky Chair - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: When Sam and Endora are talking in the foyer, the glass-paneled door at the end of the hallway is closed. When Darrin is seen in the study moments later fighting to get the chair in the closet, the door can be seen against the wall in the hallway, as it would be in the open position. When Darrin stumbles out of the study a moment later, the door is closed again.

Continuity mistake: When Terry is sitting in the Principal's office, the shots change between Terry and the principal. Every time Terry is shown, there is a man in a hoodie sitting at the table outside with his back to the camera. Then, in one shot, the man is sitting in a different position at the table with his face visible. In the next shot, his back is to the camera again. Then, the next shot shows the man has been replaced by a blonde-haired woman. After which, the final shots again show the man with his back to the camera.

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Bellows is trying to open Major Nelson's garage door, Major Nelson pulls it closed from the inside and Dr. Bellows ends up on the ground with the large end (front part) of his tie stuck under the garage door. The small end of his tie is not caught under the door, since it is visible beneath him. From inside the garage, Major Nelson uses an ax to sever the tie. When Dr. Bellows is shown again, though, both the large end and small end of his tie have been cut off.
