Factual error: At the end of the episode, Major Nelson leaves his Cocoa Beach, Florida, house and drives down the street. Behind the house at the end of the street (which is the home used for the Stephens family on "Bewitched"), there is a mountain. There are no mountains in Cocoa Beach.

Visible crew/equipment: At the beginning of the episode, Jeannie is talking on the phone by the stairs and her sister is hiding behind the banister. Her sister stands up for a moment and shows her full face, revealing that it is actually Barbara Eden's stand-in wearing the green costume.

Plot hole: In the episode "There Goes the Bride," Haji warns Jeannie that she will lose her powers if she marries Tony. Yet, she marries him in this episode and does not lose her powers.

Plot hole: As Jeannie is walking down the aisle with Dr. Bellows, she sees the first photographer about to take a photo. A second before the photo is snapped, she blinks in the mannequin, which can be photographed. Later, though, when Jeannie and Tony are watching the film of The Wedding, the mannequin is not visible, either. In the film, the photographer can be seen snapping that first photo (at this point, Dr. Bellows is walking down the aisle with the mannequin), but the film still shows Dr. Bellows walking down the aisle alone.

Around the Moon in 80 Blinks - S4-E23

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Bellows is trying to open Major Nelson's garage door, Major Nelson pulls it closed from the inside and Dr. Bellows ends up on the ground with the large end (front part) of his tie stuck under the garage door. The small end of his tie is not caught under the door, since it is visible beneath him. From inside the garage, Major Nelson uses an ax to sever the tie. When Dr. Bellows is shown again, though, both the large end and small end of his tie have been cut off.

Invisible House For Sale - S4-E16

Plot hole: When Roger arrives at 1020 Palm Drive, he thinks Major Nelson's house is gone, but he soon discovers the house is still there, but invisible. He opens the door to enter and closes the door behind himself. Yet, from inside the closed house, Roger is able to hold a normal conversation with Mr. Winkler, who is on the street. The window was not open, since Roger opens the invisible window to climb out of the house.

Continuity mistake: Throughout this episode, the coat rack behind Major Nelson's front door alternates between having a coat of arms decoration in the middle or nothing in the middle. It seems this episode was filmed while a set change was taking place, since previous episodes feature a hand holding a bell as the center decoration for the coat rack and following episodes feature the coat of arms decoration.

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of this episode, Major Nelson is about to prune a tree branch in the front yard, but Jeannie blinks it down before he can cut it. The wire that was holding up the branch is visible just above Major Nelson's head. (00:00:05)

Continuity mistake: The final scene of this episode is in Major Nelson's living room. Just after Jeannie blinks in the invisible minister, there is a quick shot of Major Nelson turning his head, but the background is an office at NASA, with green paint and paneling.
