Continuity mistake: When Ray is yelling at the kids for throwing his golf clubs down the stairs, two stuffed animals fall down from the shelf. After Ray is done lecturing the kids, you can see the animals are back on the shelf when it shows Raymond talking to Debra.
Factual error: Robert's voyeuristic neighbors are using the same elevator as Robert does and tease him about seeing him and Amy through his bedroom window. But if they were able to see into his bedroom, they would not be using that elevator; it would be in another building. From the outside shot of his apartment building, it would be impossible to look into his bedroom.
The Toaster - S3-E12
Visible crew/equipment: Throughout the episode lighting reflections can be seen in The Toaster, which is most noticeable in the opening and when they are at Bloomingdales.
Revealing mistake: During the scene when Ray is by himself in bed, he hears a noise in the hall. He goes to see what's there, and just as he is about to go back to bed he turns the hall light off. The light goes off before he puts the switch down.
Revealing mistake: After the "roll your eyes" scene in the bedroom, Ray walks in the house and says "Hey Hakapoo." If you look in the opened door, you can see Peter Boyle's shoulder and half of his face outside the door. He was waiting for his cue.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode when everyone is arguing in the kitchen, the potholders next to the lasagna on the table keep changing position between shots.
Continuity mistake: During the scene with Ray and Frank playing Ping Pong, in shots showing Frank's face, his hair is pointing out, but shots from behind him show his hair is back down.
Other mistake: When Amy runs out of the basement wearing Robert's pants, the pants are at full length, with the belt under her arms and the bottom of the pant legs at her ankles. When she is standing next to Robert, though, it is clear that he would have to pull the pants all the way up to his ribs for the legs to be the right length on him. Also, the pants are unzipped and the zipper pull is hanging just below Amy's breasts. Since a pants zipper is usually just an inch or so above the crotch, Amy would not be able to pull the pants that high unless there was a 12" drop between the zipper and the crotch of the pants.
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Ray and Frank are playing Ping Pong, you can see that the balls are on the floor, but in a few shots, they're not.
The Getaway - S3-E21
Factual error: When they are in the bathroom in the bed and breakfast in Vermont, Debrah is complaining that she thinks she's boring and Ray answers that he ran out of things to say on the George Washington Bridge. You wouldn't take the George Washington Bridge from Long Island to Vermont.
Continuity mistake: In a deleted scene, when Frank and Marie are walking to give blood, a lightning bolt suddenly appears next to the "Senior Health Fair" sign. (00:07:10)
Continuity mistake: Ray's friend, played by Kevin James, is called Kevin in several episodes, such as season 1, episode 10, but in this episode the character switches his name to Doug, as in "the King of Queens."
Other mistake: Early in the episode, Frank turns on the heater and the family discover a bottle top in one of the vents Ray has thrown from a party he held 20 years ago. This couldn't have been the 1st time the heater had been used in that amount of time. (00:03:00)
Other mistake: Marie and Ray's stateroom has a porthole in the back wall, but the hallway outside runs perpendicular to the wall with the porthole in it. This would only be possible if their stateroom was hanging off the side of the ship.
