Other mistake: When walking through the Captain America display at the Smithsonian, Brody and Sam stand in front of a Captain America mannequin next to his shield. The mannequin is wearing boots of noticeably different heights.
Other mistake: When Tarkin walks out of the Batch's quarters and the shock troopers follow him, the one on the right side of the door has his hands positioned to hold a blaster, but no weapon is present. (00:38:35)
Episode #1.5 - S1-E5
Other mistake: When the women are practicing their archery skills, one of the women says "I wonder why Lady Yun is absent today." But the captions add an extra N to the name Yun, misspelling the name as Lady Yunn. (00:15:41)
Academy's Seven Mysteries Murder Case: File 1 - S1-E1
Other mistake: Miyuki dirties her hand with ketchup leaning against a wall; however, the white wall has no red markings. (00:04:00)
Takishîdo wa kaze ni mau - S1-E1
Other mistake: Van and Lucky play a game where they draw cards in turn until someone finds the Joker. They draw a 4 of hearts, a 7 of spades, a 9 of diamonds, the ace of clubs. They were stacking the cards in two separate decks, each one to their own right, but in the rest of the scene all the discarded cards are tossed together in a heap, and the aforementioned cards, which should be on the bottom of it, are the ones who always appear in the various shots of the table at the top of the bunch.
Other mistake: You don't have to look further than the name; the title of the series is "Knight's and Magic" instead of "Knights and Magic".
Urutora sakusen dai ichi gô - S1-E2
Other mistake: When Bemular holds submarine 516 in its mouth, submarine 516 becomes submarine 16. (00:18:40)
What Happens in Atlantic City - S2-E2
Other mistake: Early in the episode, the team is driving south from NYC to Atlantic City on what appears to be the Garden State Parkway when they pass mile marker 19.4, which is well south of the exit for Atlantic City (exit 38).
Other mistake: The police vehicles are marked with the fictional 'Greater London Police', but in speech the characters refer to the real Metropolitan Police.
Other mistake: The first victim of the mask in the series falls back against crates that must be made of dry leaves, since all it takes is for the body to lean against them to utterly shatter them. (00:18:55)
The Killer - S1-E1
Other mistake: We are of course not privy to the protocol of the secret service organization Jim Phelps is a member of; however, while he is at his own place choosing at his leisure the team members, Jim to pick Nicholas types "KJ" on the laptop, to pick Casey he types "PK", then to pick Max and Grant he just clicks a TV remote. Whatever system they are using, does not seem to make any internal sense.
Other mistake: Two FBI agents are speeding along a utility road trying to get to the airport and prevent a plane from taking off. They come across a closed steel gate in their way. They speed up the SUV and crash through the gate, and they get through as the gate breaks into many pieces. When their car gets to the airport we can see the SUV and there is not even a scratch on it.
Other mistake: In the credits for "Tests," the "created by" credits for the characters of Anarchy and Katana are swapped: Mike W. Barr and Jim Aparo are erroneously credited for creating Anarchy (when in fact they created Katana as part of the comic "Batman and the Outsiders" in 1983), while Alan Grant and Norm Breyfogle are incorrectly credited for creating Katana. (Grant and Breyfogle created Anarchy in issues of "Detective Comics" from 1989.)
Other mistake: When Turbo-Jet steals the book, it is inside a glass case. Peter arrives, kicks him in the head and he drops the book. When the book lands on the ground, the glass case the book was inside shatters, causing pieces of glass to land on the ground, surrounding the book. A couple of seconds later, when Peter picks up the book, there doesn't appear to be any glass on the ground underneath the book, even though it wouldn't have been able to go anywhere else. (00:07:37)
Other mistake: Agent Maddy is approaching the scene of a downtown explosion and fire. She has her FBI badge showing on her belt. As she approaches the police line she rummages in her jacket and looks down at where the badge is, but reaches into the adjacent pocket to pull out another badge in a wallet. Why not identify herself with the badge on her belt?
Other mistake: At the beginning of the episode, there are a few sequences with police cars going at notable speed down the streets of New York. In a few instances, you can see people gathered in street corners, looking at the filming. One egregious example is when the criminals loading the van are startled by the sirens. In the following shot, two bystanders look at the car, then turn towards the camera, and one even takes a few steps back to get out of frame. (00:03:40)
Other mistake: The credits for the episode have simply been duplicated from a previous episode, "Takeover." The credits state that the guest stars are John Furey and Sandra Hess, neither of whom appeared in this episode. Both actors, in fact, appeared in the episode "Takeover." (00:41:56)
