Continuity mistake: During the scene in the break room, the poster with the beer shows a mug with a really tiny handle that touches the clouds at the horizon in some shot, and does not in others. (00:14:15)

Continuity mistake: When Keita tries to free Sakura from the chair, his left hand is gripping the tube in one shot, the collar in the next. (00:10:05)

Other mistake: 'Li-Chan starts explaining Keita about the Neuronoid. The screen that briefly appears as she tells him about the original purpose of the machine is filled with gibberish letters. (00:10:20)
