Other mistake: Magpie is surprised by the guard at the beginning of the episode; the guard is running in the room, hand going for the gun. After a cut to her with close-up on her elaborate fetching of the bombs with her awkward nails, the man is standing still, hand down his leg, only then going for the weapon. Two bombs fall at his feet, one per foot, touching the feet directly. Obviously he just looks at what they are instead of jumping back, and they explode in a single mushroom cloud CGI explosion, to his left. (00:01:10)
Other mistake: Amuro's strategy relies on attacking the enemy having the sun behind himself, but when Ryu sees the Musai for the first time it is clear that the sun is behind Char's ship. (00:10:20)

Other mistake: When Galactus is saying "Norrin Radd of Zenn-La," his lips touch together when saying "La." Saying "La" requires touching your tongue to your gums behind your top row of teeth. If you were to touch your lips together while trying to say "La," it would come out as "Mmla" or "Bla."
The Return of the Beast: Part 1 - S1-E1
Other mistake: When Talbot is grilling Banner for his relationship with Betty, when Banner is saying "Someone like you perhaps," the screen briefly constricts and then expands back to normal size, similar to a window on a computer screen being maximized.
The Pyramid of Darkness: Part 1 - The Further Adventures of G.I. Joe - S1-E1
Other mistake: Mutt reads the card about the "fatal fluffies." He says "I'm sure you'll enjoy their deadly secrets", but the card reads "I'm sure you'll enjoy their amazing "split" personalities."
Other mistake: After they arrive in Marina Bay the pink ranger is wearing the red ranger's jacket.
Other mistake: In this episode, Eric tries to destroy a mutant, apparently unaware that Rangers don't destroy mutants but freeze them. Yet in Quantum Quest and Clash for Control, he froze a mutant.
Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name.
