Plot hole: The captain's wife tells him that she's taking his daughter with her, not giving him a chance to even say goodbye. During the episode it turns out that she's angry because he missed lunch with them, and when the Metal Wu texts the boss, it also turns out that all this just happens at 1:11 AM! It does not make much sense: she waited over 12 hours to complain to her husband, and she's driving her kid in the middle of the night.
Codladh Sámh - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: CG is waiting for Lu Xin in a Jeep Wrangler, but later on the side mirrors and interior belong to a Benz G-Wagon. (00:29:19 - 00:31:59)
Continuity mistake: In one shot (the one where the racist waitress slowly puts her hands on her hips), the sausage platter is turned differently than in the rest of the scene. The same mistake pops back later when father and son are confronted by the couple of white knights. (00:18:10)
Continuity mistake: Kai's knife, once he inflicts the deadly stab, bears just a single streak of blood in one shot, and appears soaked in it in the following. And in the overhead shot immediately following him pulling out, the knife is missing from his hand entirely. (00:45:00)
Continuity mistake: Christine's timeline starts "12 hours ago", so around noon, and it is taken from the ending of episode 1x06: Gu Assassins. But that scene happened early in the morning (Kai takes off for his trip, and after seeing them together, Zan goes to Alec, being even greeted with "Good morning Zan, you're up early").

Plot hole: Unable to locate "the bald chef", Uncle Six orders his men to bring him all the bald chefs of Chinatown. And they do! His goons round them all up, in a single sweep. They fit in a little van. So...in the whole San Francisco Chinatown, over 30,000 inhabitants, there are only literally a dozen bald (or balding or shaven, when you look at who they got) guys working in a kitchen.
Gu Assassins - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When we see the outcome of the fight between Jenny and Zan, Zan's very last move is a low spinning sweep kick. When Jenny lands, we see she has a cut above her left eyebrow, but nothing particularly significant. However in her next shot she's a crimson mask with that wound wider, blood that gushed down that cheek. (00:34:40)
Gu Assassins - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: Lu Xin is downstairs playing with his lighter. The first shot ends with the lighter held still with the decorated side towards him, while the following one has the the solid gold side face him. Moreover, when Jenny sits down he goes from having both hands on the lighter, to one hand on his bicep. (00:18:30)
Continuity mistake: When the desk sarge checks out of the content of CG's bag, he lies down the brown bag twice, and the milk carton next to it is never visible from the reverse shot even when it appears to be right next to it. (00:13:50)

Continuity mistake: When at the end of the episode Zan meets McCullough, he has the fingers of both hands entwined when shot from the front, but always just a solitary resting left hand in the reverse angle. (00:43:00)

Continuity mistake: As Uncle Six is beginning to have seizures from taking the poison, Zan puts a hand on his shoulder. When his seizures calm down, her hand is alternatively on his shoulder, off, on again. (00:27:00)
Other mistake: When Tommy gets arrested, the (mirrored) clock in the store does not point anywhere near 9:13, which is the time when he makes the call (s) to Jenny. Instead it points at 8 sharp. (00:04:40)

Continuity mistake: Kai is explaining to the gang the whole Wu story. When CG says "He's telling the truth" she is leaning against the table grabbing the edge in the back view, but leaning on it with her flat palms in the other shots. (00:13:00)

Continuity mistake: In the swordfight set in 1519, Ying Ying offers the Monk Piece to her adversary. Depending on the shot, she is simply holding it in front of his face, or also pinning his arm down with her own. (00:10:10)
Revealing mistake: When the protagonist and Uncle Six battle on top of the escalator, Six gets thrown off, landing downstairs. Very much like a pro wrestling Irish whip, it's quite noticeable how the victim is running towards the move before he gets pulled, with a cut to try to hide the lack of any push from the other hand or forceful twist. Continuity mistake: When CG pours a drink to the retired agent saying "C'mon, Jack", Jack keeps his hands off the table in the close-up, while he's holding the glass as she pours in the shot right after. (00:36:20)
