Audio problem: Apparently there was a problem with the sound recording during a scene of Ben Cartwright speaking to his son Adam while standing by the chuck wagon. One of Ben's lines was dubbed in by someone else whose voice was higher-pitched and less gruff than that of actor Lorne Greene.
Audio problem: Bellick gets shot in the leg and screams but in the brief shot we see his face during the sound, he isn't screaming at all. (00:23:20)
Audio problem: When Gina shoots Nico Arroyo at the end of the episode, she fires twice but only one shot is heard.

Audio problem: In the scene where Mark Antony and his men are attacked by a mob on their way to the senate forum, Mark Antony says, "Rally to me" three times. The first time he says it, his lips do not move. The third time he says it, the movement of his lips do not match the words.
Day 2: 2:00 A.M.-3:00 A.M. - S2-E19
Audio problem: When Tony tells Michelle that he told the president about the chip Jack found, they cut to a different angle, and Tony is still speaking, but his lips aren't moving.
Audio problem: When the two dogs attack the Visitors, you can see them biting the Visitors on the ground but barking is still heard. (00:24:25)
Audio problem: Despite extensive overdubbing in the scene where Bob returns, the roar of helicopters can still be heard in the background. According to producers on the DVD commentary, the noise was due to firefighting aircraft overflying the sound stage during devastating L.A. brush fires in the Fall of '06. (00:25:30)
Audio problem: When Xena says "It seems so haphazard" the word haphazard is said with her Kiwi accent. (00:29:30)

Audio problem: Wonder Woman whistles inside Andros' ship, but her lips do not open slightly. They remain closed.
Audio problem: When Lindsay learns that Tru has broken up with her secret boyfriend and met another guy the same morning, she jokingly whispers to her, "You little slut." The movement of her lips doesn't match at all.
The Ultimate Doom: Brainwash (1) - S1-E5
Audio problem: When the Decepticon jets attack the maharaja's palace at the beginning Thundercracker speaks with Skywarp's voice. Later, at their base when the fake Optimus comes out Skywarp speaks with Starscream's voice.
The Summit-Five Affair - S4-E1
Audio problem: When Helga tries to slam the door and shouts, "Get away from me," her lips aren't moving at all. (00:29:25)
Audio problem: When Lita and Drake get out of the car, each of them closes just one door. But we can distinctly hear three car doors slamming shut. (00:15:00)
Audio problem: In the scene where Mystique returns to the Brotherhood house, when Pietro says that their team is as tough as ever, it's Lance's voice that comes out of his mouth.
Monkey See, Doggie Do / Mommy Fearest - S1-E2
Audio problem: In "Mommy Fearest", Ima Goodelady asks the Powerpuff Girls where they are going. Blossom tells her they're fighting crime, Buttercup speaks and then Bubbles adds, "Duh." However, her mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: When Gunny's sister shows up at JAG, Gunny's mouth doesn't move when he greets her. (00:08:45)
The Strength of the Wolf - S3-E4
Audio problem: One of the team members shoots a sentry on board a ship off a ladder attached to the deck hanging off the side of the ships hull. He shoots an unsurpassed Glock and the shot sounds suppressed. A muzzle flash can be seen too, another indicator it's unsuppressed. Their element of surprise would have been totally eliminated had this really happened. They've used suppressors before on their sidearms - doesn't make sense why they wouldn't now. (00:31:00)
