Other mistake: In a Roman temple the word artifact is spelled artEfact. And the Historical figure Hannibal Barca's name is spelled Hammilcar Barca.
Other mistake: During chapter 4, when chasing down the fat mob dude, you step in an elevator. Joe then takes a sip of a whisky bottle, however the bottle is capped.
Other mistake: At the end of level 1.8 (The Post Office: Break Out!) you will be in an office and jump out the window with people firing at you. However the windows only break from you going through it and not from any bullet fired in the same direction, which should have shattered the glass also.
Other mistake: Before the Madame Amberly boss fight, Cortex shouts at Amberly, "I'm an evil scientist!" just before Amberly is about to say, "A scientist are ye? To me you'll always be a little bug!" For some reason you can see a quick flash of her in a "T" pose.
Other mistake: The Prince's Sand Power Meter replenishes over time, no matter what the Prince is doing (Unless of course he is using Sand Powers to deplete it). However, after cutscenes, the Prince's Sand Power Meter is always empty.
Other mistake: When entering Final Fortress as Team Sonic, Sonic will say "This must be Eggman's headquarters!" however the subtitles make a typing error and leave out the 'be,' reading "This must Eggman's headquarters!"
Other mistake: Anybody hit by the Killing Curse died immediately. If the player uses the Killing Curse on Harlow, he still lives.
Other mistake: In the Big section of the Special Book, the first clue to find Big spells "pillar" "pilalr".
Other mistake: After completing a few tasks at Lon Lon Ranch, Link is rewarded with a dairy cow of his own. But somehow, the cow magically just appears back in his house back at Kokiri Village. His house is basically a tree house way in the air accessible just by a ladder. And the doorway is only big enough really for a small child to enter. Yet somehow a full sized cow is now in the middle of his house. And survives without any grass or water inside.
Other mistake: When Set takes control of a robot, he uses it to grab and pick up Frau Engel by her face causing damage. When Frau Engel stands up and looks directly at Blazkowicz, her bottom jaw is dislocated and most of her lips have been torn off, making talking impossible. But, when she threatens Blazkowicz, she is speaking in completely coherent sentences.
Other mistake: When you are in Isengard in the Hub World, notice the grey stands around the place. You will notice there are no wood planks in part of the stands. But if you stand on top of the empty space, it is clear you aren't falling through, but just standing on top of an empty space.
Other mistake: Intro Mission 5: After the other three convince Ben to open the door, the button mashing minigame starts. Once it ends, Ben forces the door open. The other three are already instantly traveling through the door almost before he can even get them lifting, reacting way too soon. And from standing still to a full on sprint no less.
Other mistake: Franklin and Lamar: Franklin and Lamar begin by entering two cars: a red car and a white car. If Franklin gets in the red car, then Lamar will get in the white car. As Lamar enters the white car, he is never shown pulling a handle. He is just miming the actions of pulling a handle and the car door just opens.
Other mistake: Every time you retrieve a part of Dracula, the message on screen misspells the word "Possess", giving you messages such as "you now prossess Dracula's rib."
Other mistake: Scream Fortress 2014 - Carnival of Carnage: When Marasmus casts the Giant Heads spell, if a player, especially one playing a Heavy, is wearing the Monoculous hat. Which is a large eyeball and lid that replaces the character's head. When this spell is cast, you can see the eyeball mask enlarge, but just the lid part, the purple and white of the eye vanishes completely. This allows you to see the character's head inside it and makes it look more like a space helmet. And then the insides of the eye lid are transparent from the insides, like a one way mirror.
Other mistake: Big Super Happy Fun Fun Game: When Homer is crossing the bridge in the lava part of the level, as he reaches the second half of one of the logs, he begins to weigh down the log. If you switch to Homer Ball, he logs becomes less weighed down than when he was regular Homer, despite the fact that Homer Ball is basically an obese and more overweight Homer.
Other mistake: This is only seen when you are playing Blaze. When Sonic and Blaze are talking halfway through their battle against one another, Sonic's speech bubbles say 'I admire your fortitude but Carrying the entire world on your shoulders?' but he is halfway through a sentence, so the second speech bubble shouldn't have a capital c.
Other mistake: It is possible to check the vitals on Polus. This would involve attaching some kind of medical device to allow this. But Imposters are shapeshifting aliens that are not supposed to be there, but their vitals are readable as well. This should not be the case.
Suggested correction: Given that the players have backpacks and we never see the back there could be a vitals reader on the back.
With a recent update, it's now clear that there're no vitals reader on the back.
Other mistake: Single Player Mode: When the player gets off a good shot of multiple kills with one bullet, the slow motion bullet cam will follow the bullet through each zombie hit. This is supposed to slow down all the game play for the bullet cam. However some zombies will resurrect themselves, showing a glowing orange pentagram around them, and stand back up after being killed once. It takes them a moment to resurrect. But this does not slow down with the rest of the game as it should during a bullet cam moment. And often times when a multi-kill bullet is passing though other zombies, you can see a zombie previously hit by that bullet suddenly get the orange pentagram around it and erect itself again before it even has time to react to the first bullet due to slow motion by bullet cam.
Other mistake: Keith's stun glove is misspelled as "stun globe" in the inventory screen.
