Other mistake: In Chapter 3, the kids find the computer with Alter Ego. The text says the computer screen glows "a pale green", but the artwork shows a unequivocally blue hue.
Other mistake: In the Gameboy version, Professor Banzo in his tips section gives the ever useful advice; "Remember to FLASH the toilet."
Other mistake: Starting a new game, the description for the Fiction mode says... well, exactly that. "This is the description for the Fiction mode." Nothing else at all. Placeholder text at the very beginning of the game.
Other mistake: It is possible to check the vitals on Polus. This would involve attaching some kind of medical device to allow this. But Imposters are shapeshifting aliens that are not supposed to be there, but their vitals are readable as well. This should not be the case.
Suggested correction: Given that the players have backpacks and we never see the back there could be a vitals reader on the back.
With a recent update, it's now clear that there're no vitals reader on the back.
Other mistake: Keith's stun glove is misspelled as "stun globe" in the inventory screen.
Other mistake: Playing Spain in this game gives you a bonus to attack Indian villages, however, actually attacking Indian villages lowers your overall score.
Other mistake: Have a Pokémon that knows SURF in your first position. This means this Pokémon will follow you in the overworld. Then go to any place where there's water, stand next to the water, press A and answer YES to SURF. The Pokémon that is following you, will completely bypass you, and then go to the water.
Other mistake: When in the Washing Room, you collect Mario's hat from the washing machine and you keep it, but when you see Mario trapped in the painting, he has his hat on without Luigi giving it to him. Even if Luigi doesn't get Mario's hat, he'll still have it on.
Other mistake: Just before 2AM, Madsen enters a car with Kate as hostage. His right hand keeps pointing a gun at Kate, his left goes directly to the wheel, yet he still manages to start driving without even touching the gear lever.
Other mistake: In the final scene of Crash Course as the survivors are escaping in the armored vehicle, any zombie that is in the way of the rescue vehicle goes right through it.
Other mistake: When you enter the caves just after Killer Croc tells you he's going rip you apart, if you try to use the grapple, the grapple will not stick - Batman will say that the place is falling apart, and you need to climb manually. You can't grapple any of the edges, yet, if you fall into a pit and press RB to "Escape" like most other parts of the game, he'll grapple up to the most recent edge, despite his previous claim.
Other mistake: In the arcade version (available also for Saturn and PS1 in the Iren Arcade Classics collection) of this game inspired by a Jackie Chan movie, the protagonist, Kung-Fu master Thomas, sees both his martial art and name butchered in "Kanfu" and "Tohmas."
Other mistake: In the NES version: After beating the end boss "For this the final confrontation," you get an ending screen that commits the all too common mistake of spelling a possessive without an apostrophe ("Robocops performance" instead of "Robocop's performance").
Other mistake: Several times in the game such as talking to the socialite who was burglarized in the Vice case "Naked City" the characters are said to have brown eyes yet they have blue eyes.
Other mistake: One of the things that drives the game's main story is that the gang needs to acquire enough money through various heists in order to escape from the U.S. government and live in Tahiti. However, when exploring and doing side missions, Arthur can acquire tens of thousands of dollars by himself, which could easily pay for everyone to flee without having to rob banks or trains.
Other mistake: The Doors' "Love Me Two Times" is listed as a master track, but it contains a bass guitar track that was not present on Strange Days.
Other mistake: In the character codex, Team Rose is incorrectly called Team Amy.
Other mistake: The Cloaking Device item helps nobody but CPU players. It renders a player almost totally invisible, and negates damage taken when activated. But players themselves can't see their own character when cloaked while CPU players have no trouble seeing them at all. Other than negating damage, the Cloaking Device is a poorly done item that only helps CPU players.
Other mistake: In the 'Valiant Hero' ending to 'Completing the Mission', Charles is killed when the space station he is in explodes. Somehow, his headphones survive the explosion that the space station and Charles himself didn't (they are found on his grave at the end).
Suggested correction: Who's to say that the headphones on the grave wasn't a copy or a similar one of the one he was wearing? We never see anyone return to where the ship exploded, so we don't know anything, hence it can not be considered a mistake.
Other mistake: In the Darkroom with the lights off (so that the flashlight is turned on), when the character stands in front of and faces the light switch on the wall, then turns the camera so it is in the doorway between the two rooms, you will notice that the flashlight beam passes through the wall, and doesn't go all the way to the back of the room. Not sure if this is the only wall that does that, or if all walls have that property, but I find it interesting.
