Other mistake: The title of the game is "City of Broken Dreamers", but when you start the app, the title bar on the GUI says "The City of Broken Dreamers."
Other mistake: In the research tree, one of the monastery upgrades is called "More Books to Catalouge", instead of "Catalogue", and the description says "As the books stacks higher" instead of "stack"
Other mistake: During character creation, Cube explains the meaning of the various jobs; the second choice available in the menu is Business-man (sic), but Cube in the tutorial refers to it as "Executive."
Other mistake: In the Super Nes version (the Genesis version fixes this), the dialogue once defeating the first mini-boss says "You're nothing but Darksied's pawn, Despero", misspelling the name of DC comics uber-villain and final boss of the game Darkseid.
Other mistake: Throughout the game, the word "Token" is constantly misspelled as "Tokon."
Other mistake: If someone attempts to play a pirated copy of the game, the game will display a message saying: 'This software will not opperate...' Operate is spelled incorrectly.
Other mistake: During Sion's introduction, the word "privileges" is misspelled.
Other mistake: The suspect James Wong in international localizations of the game (Italian and Spanish that I could personally check) has two discordant dates of birth on the same official FBI file; one is 10/04/1948, the one and only in the English version, the second inside the body of the notes is 11/01/1950.
Other mistake: The description of the in-game DVD item misspells "it's" for "its."
Other mistake: When Forlan meets Radna in the cabin in the woods, he mentions that he's in as much of a hurry as she is. At the end of the encounter, the dialogue mentions that she is the one in a hurry, and not him. Moreover, this second encounter can happen in the same day as their first meeting, which does not make logical sense.
Other mistake: In France, the road passes the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe twice. After the first sighting, the road runs quite in a straight line with slight left-right turns only, so it couldn't hit the same landmark twice during the race. It's not uncommon to see numerous re-used scenery pieces in Cruis'n games (it's an arcade title after all) but replicating such unique assets as well is a bit lazy, even from Midway.
Other mistake: One of the slip-ups that incriminate Redd White involves the way the victim died. Phoenix points it out, saying, "The victim died from a 'single' blow!" Using quotation marks for "single." The autopsy report, though, does not literally say "single," but just that died from "a blow" without ruling others out. If this seems minor, consider that the Trilogy remake feels the need to remove the quotation marks, obviously because it was not quoting the in-game text of the autopsy report, which was much more vague.
Other mistake: The lineup of enemies is quite illogical when you consider that villains with devastating physical power such as Juggernaut have less energy and pack less power than the penultimate boss, Crossbones, that is simply a skilled mercenary. Juggernaut is also shown with a single eye in contrast with any and every portrait of the character.
Other mistake: Upon returning to the quarter deck after the tugboat explosion, the grappling hook wires Jill and Parker arrived by can be seen stretched stiff, like they would be still connected to the boat. Since it's gone, the wires should swing freely in the wind or hang down along the side of the Zenobia.
Other mistake: When your creepy uncle shows his true colors and demands for your 'obedience', several Engrish misspellings can be observed, most notably "farther" instead of "father."
Other mistake: In the 4th chapter "The Adventure of the Clouded Kokoro", Iris is able to deduce that the protagonists have visited a prison inmate because of a red stamp on Susato's hand. However, it's apparent that the stamp, which is pretty large and in a part of the hand often on display because of the typical gestuality of the Ace Attorney female assistants, was never there before.
Other mistake: During the intimate interaction with Vanilla, the hotspot for "Take off her skirt" is in fact on the clasp of her bra.
Other mistake: At the end of the first day, June falls asleep on the couch and 'someone' brings her blankets - but also strips her. The monologue when she wakes up specifies that she is naked but the graphic shows her wearing her big sweater dress. When she is naked in other parts of the game, they correctly show no portrait or one from neck up.
Other mistake: Despite the fact that by design the events that progress the story of the various characters happen years apart (months at best), everyone refers to dialogue you had a long time before as "the other day."
Other mistake: For a task in Chapter 2, you have to hang a picture in the room of Rosa's buff daughter. The picture was already there in chapter 1.
