Other mistake: The main character somehow finds Richard Aiken in a corridor that is locked with the armour key. The key is at the other end of the mansion so how did he get into the corridor without breaking the door down?
Other mistake: When reloading the G3 rifle you can see that there aren't any bullets in the new magazine. Also, when firing the G36 rifle the amount of bullets in the glass magazine won't reduce visually.
Other mistake: In 'Keep your Friends Close,' in the first cutscene, Tommy says put 20 million in cases, but the subtitles say three.
Other mistake: In the first case, when Phoenix is in the lobby, Maya hands him a document. The specifics say that it was received from "Maya Fay." However, at this point in the game, Phoenix doesn't recognize her (because he has amnesia), so there is no way he'd know it was from "Maya Fay."
Other mistake: When fighting Baron or Colonel Mendoza in ship-to-ship combat, they occasionally surrender, if you damage their ship enough. Nonetheless, you still have to fight the duel on deck with them, and your men are fighting it out off-screen despite the Spaniards having surrendered just seconds earlier.
Other mistake: If you use an entrance that shows a wrestler's teeth on The Rock you will see that he has no teeth.
Other mistake: The description of Alastor's Hood states that it can be used to Haunt a foe, however when used, it will attempt to Condemn a foe for an instant kill instead.
Other mistake: In the cut scene at the end of "Rescue the Princess" in A New Hope, Leia shoots the grate and gives the gun back to Luke before she jumps down it. However when they show the hole again, the gun Leia used can be seen sticking just out of the top of the hole.
Other mistake: At one point on talk radio show Chatterbox, Maria (Salvatore's girlfriend) calls up to ask Lazlow for romantic advice. In her call, she describes the events that occur in the game involving Salvatore betraying the game's protagonist and how Maria is falling for him. This conversation can be heard on the radio before the events have actually happened in the storyline.
Other mistake: Zombies - Origins: On this map only, there is a power up you can get called Zombie Blood that will make the player invisible to zombies for a short period of time. When under the effects, the player cannot hear any sounds in the environment around them, no gunfire or other zombies, except their own character's voice and grunts. That is how the power up works. If playing on split screen, and the second player gets Zombie Blood, the effects happen this way as normal and the first player is not affected. However, if player one gets it, the sound is also muted on the second player's screen as well.
Other mistake: After the Duo stage, ProtoMan says "What happend?" Happend should be happened.
Other mistake: In Goro's bio, the term "ancestor" was used to describe the relationship between Liu Kang and the Great Kung Lao, who was born centuries before Liu Kang, despite the term that should have been used being "descendant." That was probably a translation/spelling mistake.
Other mistake: If you change your class of character after you die and go back to look at your body, it will have changed to the class you are now. For example if you are playing as a Spy and get killed, then change to a Pyro and go back to where you were killed, your previous body will still be there, it will now be a Pyro.
Other mistake: Some enemies wear cloth hats. If you shoot the hat it will fly off. Look at the hat on the ground. Where you shot it, it shows a metal bullet hole, on a cloth hat.
Other mistake: In the ending when Sora and Riku fall into the ocean, it is visible that their hair and clothes do not get wet. They should be completely soaked because they were entirely underwater.
Other mistake: When talking to Admiral Onasi about Revan in the endgame, the subtitles spell the Admiral's last name 'Onassi'.
Other mistake: During one of the games numerous 'radio-interviews', a local sheriff is calling to report, that he's been following an unidentified object for a while and that he had to 'hit the breaks' of his car to avoid collision. The subtitles should of course have read 'hit the brakes' instead of 'breaks'.
Other mistake: On the US PS2 Version, though the Sacred Cloths are spelled right on the inventory screen, when used, the letters are misspelled as "Scared Cloths". Other errors abound (such as grammar), but these are all due to the translation of the game from its native Japanese to English.
Other mistake: When Jak is getting his new Dark Jak power in the Metal head section of the city (Dark Strike) there is a Metal Head behind him pouncing at some invisible wall. There is a invisible wall separating Jak and the rest of the game so the cutscene can go on uninterrupted.
Other mistake: In Havana, there is a secret car in an underground bunker, a mini. When you find and drive the car you can do a burnout, but the smoke comes from the rear wheels - no minis ever had rear wheel drive.
