Other mistake: When the match goes to penalties, if the last of the 10 regular penalty kicks is the decisive one, the game prompts a message of victory (or defeat) at "sudden death penalties", which is obviously incorrect, being the next phase.
Other mistake: Favela: On the attacker side, when selecting a spawn point, the names of the locations are too large and don't fit into the text box properly when displayed under the character portraits.
Other mistake: The SNES version of the game misspells the owner of Pao Pao Cafe, Richard Meyer, calling him "Richard Myer."
Other mistake: At the end of the 6th mission, the assault on Pluto, the capital ship led by Schultz escapes. Before making a run for it, it says "Full speed ahead! Destroy the Yamato!", which is probably a mistranslation, since there is no attempt on destroying the Yamato, their reason to move 'full speed ahead' is to escape and in fact any surviving force is retreating together with him.
Other mistake: The Megadrive port of this game for the European market has an added introduction which suffers from some translation problems, generating the mother of all internet memes "All your bases are belong to us." There are plenty of other problems with the translation ("What happen?" "Somebody set up us the bomb", etc).
Other mistake: The "Young Man's Diary" the protagonist reads in the prison cell contains a major inconsistency - it is dated October 10th, saying the escape will happen at 11 PM, but other diary entries such as Janitor Andy's and Commander Vincent's contradict it saying the escape happened "the night before" on their October 10th entry. It also has a strange name ("Fellipe", quite unlikely spelling of his prison mate's name) and a typo ("Unit B will use a rope climb down", missing "to" or "and").
Other mistake: In the last step of Willow's "phone fling", she says to you "And I've had...Fantasties" (typo for 'fantasies').
Other mistake: The game rewrites and reimagines several dialogues from the movie, as it should. However, Goku's story mode begins with Grandpa Gohan challenging him exactly like in the movie "First one to touch the ground loses", which is really out of place since they fight...on the ground, all the time, unlike the movie.
Other mistake: In the ending of the game (and the instruction manual of the English version), the names of two enemies (Ostro, who looks like an Ostrich, and Birdo, the cross-dressing dinosaur known as Catherine in the Japanese version) are switched. The mistake was not fixed even in the SNES remake.
Other mistake: At the end of the third chapter of the KOF'95 story, Geese and Billy are talking in an alley. The Fatal Fury Team is referred to as "The Starving Wolves", in contrast with the name always used to translate "Garou Densetsu" in the series of games and movies: "Legend of the Hungry Wolf."
Other mistake: The third (out of 6) of the official Steam trading cards of the game is called "Rouge", instead of "Rogue", being named after one of the hero classes of the game.
Other mistake: In the game tutorial, the instruction box suggests to click on the "Interplanetory Propulsion." The propulsion device is in-game correctly called interplanetAry.
Other mistake: To retrieve the bird whistle in Miriam's apartment, Thadd fills the vase it ended up in with water, using either the glass or the mug from the bar. The game makes you do it twice, because only once would not suffice. Too bad that the vase is so big that it gets to George's chest (you can't pick it up because it's "too heavy", as he comments), so 2 little glasses would never be enough to fill it, and to the brim even.
Other mistake: A rather powerful weapon certain units come equipped with (for instance the Sisquiede you can obtain relatively early on) is the "I-Field Lanucher", with a typo for "Launcher."
Other mistake: Very rare to find in the immense database outright mistakes (not counting questionable attributes, at least...) but this version of the popular soccer manager game consistently had top Lazio striker Giuseppe Signori's last name misspelled as "Guiseppe."
Other mistake: The flavour text of the Tung Fu Rue character card says "Teacher of Jeff Bogard, Geese Howard, and Chin Shinzan." The English name of the third character is Cheng Sinzan.
Other mistake: In the multiplayer lobbies when selecting characters, some characters are big enough their limbs or weapons will overlap with the person next to them and clip into their bodies.
Other mistake: It is stated in the Zoopedia as a fun fact that snow leopards have never been known to roar. If they stalk prey in the game, however, they will roar with the action in their status screen, 'Roaring at X'.
Other mistake: In the first minutes, once the protagonist finds the RSVP invite goes to talk to Cordelian, who invites them "While YOUR here, why don't you sit down?"
Other mistake: In the narration of the first hentai sequence with the main character's maid, the text says that the nipples "hardene" under the shirt. Missing a D.
