Trivia: In order to acquaint himself with his three lead actors, director Alfonso Cuaron had each of them write an essay about their characters, from a first-person point of view. Emma Watson, in true Hermione fashion, went a little overboard and wrote an 16-page essay, Daniel Radcliffe wrote a simple one page paper, and Rupert Grint never even turned his in, as he said that is what Ron would have done.
Trivia: Sarah Douglas' voice was dubbed over by actress Annie Ross who would play Vera Webster in Superman 3. Sarah's own voice was used in Superman 2: The Richard Donner Cut.
Trivia: Part of the film was actually shot at the infamous Cabrini-Green housing projects. The crew had to pay off members of local street-gangs in order to maintain a peaceful shoot. (Although allegedly, one bullet was fired at a production vehicle during photography).

Trivia: When all the Avengers are attempting to lift Thor's hammer, Captain America is able to move it slightly. In the comics, Cap is one of the few characters noble enough to be able to lift Thor's hammer (notable others being Storm and Beta Ray Bill).

Trivia: When Edward is driven into town, the car passes a house with children playing on a slip 'n' slide on the front lawn. The boy running and sliding is future Backstreet Boy Nick Carter.
Trivia: The town in Iowa that the movie was filmed in was Dyersville. The actual house and farm used in the movie are about 2 miles outside of town and are open to the public.
Trivia: The voice of Mary Poppins' parrot head umbrella is David Tomlinson (Mr Banks).
Trivia: The Mask is based off the Dark Horse Comic of the same name. The only difference is that Dark Horse Comics carry a lot of dark tones in their comics. When Chuck Russell was directing The Mask, it was supposed to be set in that way. When Jim Carrey was given the role of Stanley Ipkiss, it was turned into a comedy.
Trivia: The director was not expecting the unintentional movie audience laughter when Alice's vision to Aro shows Edward and Bella running in slow motion through the woods as vampires. Jokingly, he says it is because Edward runs like a girl. (Audio commentary.)
Trivia: When the taxi Jessica and Eddie are in hits the lamppost, she spins around and her dress shifts position. For a couple of frames on the laserdisc version her underwear vanishes, or at least it appears to.
