Deliberate mistake: Below deck aboard the Pearl, when Will says, "You make your choices in life ," and later, when Elizabeth and Will are on the beach, Elizabeth's eye makeup and curled up lashes are very apparent in her close-ups.
Deliberate mistake: O'Niel needs a sample of a dead man's blood to test for toxic drugs. So he visits the corpse, which has been dead for quite some time and is lying on its back, and proceeds to insert a hypodermic syringe into the dead man's frontal neck, extracting the sample. But blood pools low in the body soon after death. There ought to have been no blood available from that location of the body. To get blood, O'Niel should've punctured the corpse's underside.
Deliberate mistake: The shot of Ardeth and his companions watching Rick leave Hamunuptra at the start of the film is reused again when Rick, Evie, Jonathan and the Warden re-enter Hamunuptra, although the reused shot has a blue filter over it. Ardeth even says exactly the same line he says in the original shot, but it is subtitled differently.
Deliberate mistake: When Ed's looking at the drawings done by the sketch artist near the start, he's flipping over a book of them. Trouble is that they all end up facing the camera, meaning that Ed must have been looking at the blank side - we see the blank pages briefly as he flips them. (00:14:30)
Deliberate mistake: In the scene inside General Kohler's command center when Kohler is giving Colonel Hessler a tour of the war room he points out to Hessler a clock on the wall whose increments represent 1 hour and that the attack has to be over within so many hours. Later in the movie, just when the attack starts, this dormant clock's hand immediately springs forward and ticks through 2 increments, thus representing 2 hours passing in 2 seconds.
Deliberate mistake: When Beck and Travis dive off the road and roll down hill, their stunt doubles are quite noticeable in many of the shots down the hill. (00:26:35)
Deliberate mistake: When the lady is supposedly in the water with the crocodile, you can see that it isn't her. It is actually Steve in a fat suit and wig.
Deliberate mistake: When Barbara Wilson/Batgirl first arrives she is standing on a ledge beside the front door when Robin answers the door. She then exclaims, "Oh. Uncle Alfred." However she could not possibly have seen him, not just because of her angle, but also the fact it is after that statement that he first comes into view. (00:34:10)

The gunners should know their target already. Gunners were briefed on their target, and told what kind of fighter opposition to expect.
Deliberate mistake: The first time the warriors ride out during the full moon, the shot of the moon shows that it is in the phase of "half moon".
Deliberate mistake: When you see one of Pascal's henchmen turn off the power, he is wearing a black suit. In the reflection of the glass on the power box, you can see 'Police' written on the jacket. The filmmaker chose this suit because it was black, thinking no one would see the police logo on it.
Deliberate mistake: Morse code takes a lot longer to type out than the captain of the Dallas seems to need. Likely "compressed" because otherwise the process would be quite dull, but still.
Deliberate mistake: During the scene on the train in lounge car, a picture on the wall prominently shows an ALCO PA locomotive. The movie was set in 1945, but this locomotive was first produced in 1947.
Deliberate mistake: When the vortex is summoned to get rid of the monsters, other things get sucked into it. Cars, trees, light poles, other police officers. However other things or people who are more accessible do not get sucked in. For example, Phoebe hiding behind a bench, the bench itself, Phoebe's mother and a few cops hiding behind a cop car, etc.
Deliberate mistake: Some of the text in this movie is in English, but some is in Japanese. Most noticeable when Tai writes the letter to Sora.
Deliberate mistake: In countless shots showing Japanese, and some shots showing Americans, being shot, take notice of the ground that they stand on. Almost every time a bullet(s) will hit below them at their feet, yet they still fall dead. In some shots even, there is a continuous line of shots from a single shooter, hitting the ground, yet numerous Japanese soldiers fall dead.
Deliberate mistake: When Selene and Michael are driving a truck, chased by Marcus, at one point in the chase Marcus flies directly ahead of the truck and stays upright in the air with wings outstretched, facing the truck. Given that the truck is travelling at high speed and Marcus is using wings for flying, it is just not possible. It can't be attributed to Marcus' inertia - he stays in front of the truck for a couple of seconds, long enough to lose any speed advantage he had before.
Deliberate mistake: There is no way Ichi's blade could have cut the one man vertically in half, as shown in the movie. The blade is only a couple of inches long, not nearly enough to slice through the man. When we see the blade shooting through the back of him, it is obviously a different, longer blade.
Deliberate mistake: Just before Donald has a fight with Jack at the end of the film, we see Donald jogging down a flight of stairs to escape the building. Then after a bit of a punch up with Jack, we see Donald running back up the same staircase to escape Jack, but when he reaches the top it turns into a dead end. Deliberate mistake: During the last assault against the hill, a duo of helicopters is mowing down the Vietnamese soldiers with miniguns. In one shot, you can see one chopper coming up behind a tree, all guns blazing. However, the tree, which is in the way of the helicopters right side minigun, remains totally untouched, although, looking at the carnage the guns do to the Vietnamese soldiers, it should have been reduced to toothpicks.
