Revealing mistake: When Roland has told Kaiba that there is a hurricane heading for the East Coast, the shot cuts to Kaiba asking "Hurricane?", which shows all the main characters in the shot. In this shot, many characters' eyes are misdrawn. Notably, their eyes are too small, but also, Mokuba's pupils are shown in the corners of his eyes. (00:11:29)

Continuity mistake: When Roland tells Kaiba that there's more bad news, the shot pans from Kaiba and Mokuba over to Roland, who is standing in the helicopter doorway. In this shot, he is standing in the middle of the doorway. But in a closer shot of Roland, he has moved to the corner of the doorway. (00:11:22)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters see Atlantis rising from the ocean, they are all standing next to each other. Around 25 seconds later, when Atlantis has finished rising out of the ocean, the next wide shot of the characters shows them further apart. (00:09:32 - 00:09:57)

Continuity mistake: When Kaiba wakes up Mokuba, he is sitting upright. Then, when Mokuba wakes up in the next shot, Kaiba is leaning to the left. When the shot cuts again, he is back to sitting upright. (00:07:45)

Continuity mistake: When Roland and the other guard turn around to see the green beam emerging from the ocean, the other guard is slightly ahead of Roland after they turn. When the shot cuts to reveal the beam, Roland is now ahead of the other man, and the two of them are closer together. (00:06:13)

Continuity mistake: When Roland and the other guard are standing outside the castle, the guard is standing on a large tile. When the shot cuts, the tile he is standing on is much smaller, and a crack has suddenly appeared on it. (00:06:09)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 5 - S4-E37
Continuity mistake: Just after Yugi's life points have gone down to zero, the smoke clears and Dark Magician Girl is revealed to be on the field. In this shot, Yugi can be seen in the background standing upright. But in the next shot, his back is hunched to the left. (00:18:43)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 5 - S4-E37
Continuity mistake: When Dartz tells his Orichalcos Dexia to destroy Yugi's Obnoxious Keltic Guardian, in the shot shown in front of Dartz, he is pointing at Yugi's monster with one finger, while the rest of his fingers are pointed downwards. When the shot cuts, the rest of his fingers are more relaxed and are pointed in a forward direction. (00:08:25)

Continuity mistake: Yugi summons Obnoxious Keltic Guardian to the field and then places one card face down on the table. The face-down card is shown to appear behind Obnoxious Keltic Guardian. Seconds later, when Dartz has Orichalcos Dexia attack, the face-down card and Obnoxious Keltic Guardian are side by side. (00:07:53 - 00:08:27)

Continuity mistake: When Joey starts looking at the other characters whose souls have been captured, Kaiba is first shown inside the bubble with his fingers outstretched. In the next shot, his fingers are closed so that his hands are making fists. (00:03:20)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 5 - S4-E37
Continuity mistake: When Yugi, Joey and Kaiba awaken inside the bubbles, in the shot where Pegasus says "If we don't escape soon, we never will," Yugi has his hands outstretched. In the next shot, his right hand is lowered. (00:03:10)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 4 - S4-E36
Continuity mistake: After Dartz has had Orichalcos Shunoros release Orichalcos Dexia and Orichalcos Aristeros onto the field, there is a wide shot shown from above that shows Shunoros in front of Dartz, taking up a large amount of the duel field in front of him. Dartz then activates the trap card Martyr Curse, which is directly in front of him, even though the previous shot showed there would have been no space for the card to be in front of him, due to Shunoros taking up a large amount of the field. Revealing mistake: When Rafael confronts Dartz after arriving at the castle, in the shot of him saying "Don't answer that, I've heard enough lies from you, the Pharaoh opened me up to the truth," Yugi can be seen in the background of the shot, but his Millennium Puzzle is missing the designs that are usually shown on the front. A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Continuity mistake: When Yugi switches Big Shield Gardna back into defence mode, his left hand is pointed to the right, and his right hand is placed on the duel disk. In the next shot, his left hand is suddenly raised towards him so that he can look at the cards in his hand, and his right hand is also raised so that he can pick one of the cards. (00:13:10)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Continuity mistake: When Big Shield Gardna switches to attack mode, Yugi is directly facing the opposite side of the field. Then it cuts to a closer shot of Yugi where his body has rotated 90 degrees to the left and has his head turned to the right in order to face the opposite side of the field. (00:11:53)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Continuity mistake: Just before Rafael drives past the two security guards, in the wide shot, Roland and the other security guard are turned away from each other. In the next shot, Roland is still turned away from the other guard, but the other guard has turned around and is facing the same direction as Roland. (00:11:10)

Revealing mistake: When the Yugi knight protects the Joey knight from Kaiba's attack, Tea says, "This time Yugi protected Joey." When Tea says this, her little finger is bent at an incredibly unnatural angle. (00:09:38)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Continuity mistake: When Kaiba says, "Now I can do what your Siamese donkey twins should've done last turn," to Dartz, he draws a card from his deck with his right hand. Kaiba then has his dragon attack the Joey knight, and the card in his right hand has disappeared. (00:09:14)
A Duel with Dartz: Part 3 - S4-E35
Revealing mistake: After the Joey knight has blocked Kaiba's attack on the Mai knight, Kaiba says, "Figures Wheeler mess things up," and then inserts a card into one of the slots on his duel disk. The slots on the duel disks have always been shown to be aligned with monster card zones on the front of the duel disk, but when Kaiba sets the card, he inserts it in an area in between where the monster card zones are located, meaning he inserted the card in between the slots, rather than in one of the slots.
