Continuity mistake: When the satellite targets Kaiba, there are two POV shots of the satellite when it is looking at the bridge where Kaiba is looking forwards and directly facing Leichter. Then, in the final shot, Kaiba is suddenly looking up at the satellite. (00:19:03)

Continuity mistake: When Leichter activates the Life Absorbing Machine, there is a shot of Leichter drawing a card from his deck. In the shot, the life point display on his duel disk cannot be seen on the rectangular screen. Then there is a close-up of the rectangular screen, where his life points go up and the display is suddenly visible again. (00:17:45)

Continuity mistake: In a flashback to Kaiba's childhood, he has rows of cards laid on the floor. The cards are positioned so that the bottom side of the cards is facing toward the window. When the shot cuts, the cards are facing Kaiba and a wall behind him, and away from the window. (00:12:28)

Continuity mistake: When the main characters run up to Nezbitt, not knowing it isn't Tristan, the wide shot shows Kaiba with his fists pointed at an upward angle. In the next shot of Kaiba, where he says "Yugi," his fists are pointed downwards. (00:02:19)

Continuity mistake: When Tristan sees the reflection of the robot monkey, before realising that it is him, he is standing at a rotated angle. Then it cuts to a POV shot where he is facing the reflection directly forwards, with no rotation at all. (00:01:13)

Continuity mistake: When Serenity thinks to herself, "I have to trust my cards," in the close-up of her hands, there is a spell card she is holding in her right hand. Her thumb appears along the middle. But in the next shot, her thumb is closer to the right-hand side of the card. (00:13:37)

Continuity mistake: When Nezbitt tells Serenity and Devlin that the duel isn't over, Serenity turns her head to the left so that she can face Nezbitt. In the next shot of Serenity, she is facing Nezbitt directly. (00:02:16)

Continuity mistake: When Tristan says the virtual world has some good points, Devlin starts saying, "Five old creepy guys want to steal our bodies." At this moment, Serenity has her index finger raised. When the shot cuts, her index finger is curled along with the rest of her fingers. (00:01:07)
Courtroom Chaos: Part 2 - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: Just after Joey summons Swordsman of Landstar, there is a close-up of the cards in his hand, where he takes the Graceful Dice card so that he can activate it. In his hand, there are two other cards. On the left is a trap card and on the right is a spell card. In the following shot, when he activates the Graceful Dice card, the two other cards in his hand can be seen, but now the spell card is on the left and the trap card is on the right. (00:04:50)
Courtroom Chaos: Part 1 - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: When Johnson tells Joey that he is giving up 1000 of his own life points, there is a Mystical Elf monster card on his duel disk. The monster card is placed in the second slot on the duel disk. Later, just after Yugi and Tea run into the courtroom, in the shot of Johnson saying "I believe it's my move," the monster card has moved to the third slot on the duel disk. The monster card also appears to be facing the opposite direction. (00:15:46 - 00:17:24)
Continuity mistake: When Tea thinks to herself, "I'm down to my last few life points, and my Dark Magician Girl isn't strong enough to get past his defense," her right hand is rotated at a horizontal angle, with her palm facing towards her. When the shot cuts, her right hand is at a vertical angle, with her palm facing away from her. (00:16:45)
Continuity mistake: Whilst Crump says "and my hand continues to become more powerful", in the shot of him drawing a card with his right flipper, his left flipper (which he is holding his cards in) appears to be hidden from view. Then there is a close-up of his left flipper, which appears to be fully in view. (00:07:35)
Continuity mistake: When Tea climbs to the top of the broken bridge, in the shot of her climbing back onto land, we can see that the bridge is held up by two wooden posts with rope tied around it. The rope is tied around the top, middle and bottom areas of the post. Later, when Tea begins to follow the penguin, the rope tied around the left post has changed position, now being tied at different areas of the post. (00:02:19 - 00:03:48)

Continuity mistake: When Tea wakes up in the cave, there is a wide shot where her left foot is over her right leg. When the shot cuts, for a brief moment, her legs are apart. (00:03:05)
Isolated in Cyber Space: Part 2 - S3-E3
Continuity mistake: When Obnoxious Celtic Guardian's attack is deflected back onto Yugi, there is a shot where there are no monster cards visible on Yugi's duel disk, even though at this point, Obnoxious Celtic Guardian and Chimera the Flying Mythical Beast are still on his field. The monster cards reappear on his duel disk seconds later. (00:16:43 - 00:17:05)
Isolated in Cyber Space: Part 1 - S3-E2
Continuity mistake: When Gansley sets a second Ashinigray face down on the field after his first Ashinigray gets destroyed, he shuffles his deck. His forearms are raised so that he can shuffle the deck, but when the shot cuts, his forearms are lowered. (00:10:03)
