Other mistake: When the woman from the salon is brought into the treatment room she's unconscious, but as they transfer her from the ambulance stretcher to the hospital gurney, she lifts her left arm from under the stretcher bar and then also positions it on the gurney.

Other mistake: When Station 51 is on scene at the landslide, there's a dresser on the grass in front of the house, and when the explosion occurs due to the broken gas main, in the closeups as Johnny dives to the ground there's what looks like a can of gasoline (used for the stunt perhaps) atop that dresser that wasn't there before, and it's also not in the wide shots as Johnny dives down.
Other mistake: After Brackett tries unsuccessfully to get O'Brien on the line to ask about the fish tank, it cuts to an exterior shot of Station 51, and we hear the dispatcher say, "All units responding with Engine 3 cancel," but subtitles read, "Four units with Engine 3 cancelled." Other mistake: After Station 51 arrives at the structure fire, Captain Stanley tells Mike to get water to their lines (charging the two lines) and then mule the supply line back to the hydrant. When Marco and Chet get the two lines, they head to the house with Captain Stanley and start hosing the fire down with charged lines. A few shots later, we see Mike going to the back of Engine 51, and the two lines that Chet, Marco, and Cap have been using are flat and not even charged yet.

Other mistake: Twice during this episode, when they're dispatched to a "woman trapped on a wire" and also to the "train fire", we see Engine 51 heading out with two firemen standing at the back of the engine, and they are Johnny and Roy. This footage is actually from the episode "The Old Engine" in season 3, when they got the new Ward La France engine for Station 51, and since Roy and Johnny were waiting for the previous shift to return with the squad, Captain Stanley told them to jump on the back and go with them on their first run with the new engine.
Other mistake: When Early and Morton are examining Johnny, Early tells the nurse, "Type and cross" (the blood vials she's holding), but the weird subtitles read, "Cut and cross." Subtitles from Universal Studios 2010 DVD.
