The Grave - S3-E7

Continuity mistake: The events shown are supposed to take place at almost exactly midnight, yet when Conny goes to the graveyard the sky is bright and everything is well lit, much brighter than moonlight. Just as he enters the graveyard there is an abrupt change in lighting and the scene is suddenly much darker.

The Bewitchin' Pool - S5-E36

Deliberate mistake: Sport's voice is noticeably dubbed by a different actor in several scenes throughout the episode. Her voice inside Aunt T's house is the original audio track done by the child actor. During the other scenes, the voice is done by June Foray (uncredited).

Showdown with Rance McGrew - S3-E20

Continuity mistake: The car Rance drives onto the set can be seen in the street from inside the saloon, but disappears when Rance, in character, comes through the swinging doors. It's visible again in the very next shot, but vanishes anew when Jesse James comes through the doors, after which it yet again reappears in the very next shot. (00:04:30 - 00:07:20)

The Grave - S3-E7

Revealing mistake: As Connie approaches the graveyard the sky in the background is obviously a painted backdrop, as there is a visible seam.

The Jungle - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: Richards opens the door and finds a lion on the bed over his wife's body. When the door first opens, the corpse has dark hair and the blanket is twisted and disarrayed. But when the shot cuts to the lion leaping, the corpse's hair is a lighter color and the blanket is neatly spread across the bed. (00:23:40)

A Most Unusual Camera - S2-E10

Revealing mistake: The crooks in this episode appear to have obtained the same pile of funny money that the Castles received in "Man in the Bottle." The bills don't even vaguely resemble any real U.S. currency. (00:20:25)

Where is Everybody? - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Ferris is in the phone booth, he tries to get the operator but then hangs up the phone. He then scans the Town Square. The camera pans counter-clockwise and the receiver is nowhere in sight.

You Drive - S5-E14

Continuity mistake: After Oliver hits the bicyclist, the bike's front wheel is turned upright, but is still intact, and the boy has been thrown across a lawn to the edge of a phone booth. Come Wander with Me - S5-E34

Trivia: Producer William Froug rejected an extremely nervous young singer/actress auditioning for the part of Mary Rachel, and recalls thinking that "I'll probably kick myself. She'll probably be a big star." He turned out to be right on both counts. The aspiring young singer's name was Liza Minnelli.

Deaths-Head Revisited - S3-E9

Question: When Becker is reading the list of indictments to Lutze, what were indictments four and five? Lutze was screaming so loudly I couldn't hear them.

Answer: #4: That he did personally murder at least 14 (Jews). The last word I couldn't quite hear because of the screams, but I hear an "-oz" sound at the end, so it's an educated guess. #5: That he did sign and put into effect specific orders calling for the gassing and cremating of one million human beings.
