A Passage for Trumpet - S1-E32

Audio problem: When Joey steps in front of the truck, a lady screams and it shows a close-up of her face. It pans out to a wider shot and for a moment, you can still hear the scream, but the woman's mouth is closed.

Night of the Meek - S2-E11

Audio problem: Throughout Corwin's scene with the two children on the street, and through Rod Serling's subsequent introduction to the episode, you can hear the loud hiss of fan blowers used to waft artificial snow onto the set. (00:04:50)

Little Girl Lost - S3-E26

Audio problem: For reasons unknown, the child's voice throughout this episode is played by an adult actress trying to sound childlike - and the unconvincing imitation is painfully obvious. (00:19:25)

Suggested correction: It's stretching to call this an error - people often mouth words to themselves without vocalizing. The fact that this reviewer can tell what Decker is saying, simply by reading his lips, attests to the fact that the silence was intentional.
