After he is captured by the High Evolutionary, he is suddenly wearing his usual red and purple costume. When she is first shown walking towards the house, she is holding Wanda in her left arm and Pietro in her right. When she is walking up the steps to the door, she is carrying Pietro in her left arm and Wanda in her right. When the shot changes after Django opens the door, the twins have switched arms again, and then again when she hands the babies to Django and Marya. (00:02:30)
Continuity mistake: When Xavier is explaining to Wolverine the importance of vigilance, Beast can be seen directly behind him. When the shot changes, Beast is no longer standing behind Xavier. (00:18:25)
Audio problem: Wolverine's mouth is closed when he says "Man, the weird dream I just had." (00:13:35)
Continuity mistake: When Xavier is surrounded by a group of mutants in his subconscious, if you look at Quicksilver you can see that the colorist made his shirt flesh-colored. You can tell he is supposed to be wearing a shirt because the lightning bolt design is still going across his torso. (00:05:20)
Other mistake: When the Shadow King in his human form is passed out on the floor, his left hand appears to have at least six knuckles. (00:08:25)

Given that the tail protruded from her backside, there should have been a hole in the back of her pants afterwards, yet there is none. (00:16:40)
Audio problem: When Wolverine says "I'm going to get this outta me!" his mouth is wide open for most of the line. (00:14:05)
Audio problem: With the exception of the last word in the sentence, Cody's mouth is completely closed when he says "They need us Rogue, just like I need you." (00:13:40)
Chosen answer: It says MPO "First Exemplary Printing House" which is a real printing company in Russia founded by Ivan Dmitrievich Sytin in 1889. There seems to be something about "named after..." as well.
