Continuity mistake: In the 'previously on Prison Break' Segment, the way Nikola gives Michael Sara's keys is completely different from the previous episode. Michael is seen to open his hand in this episode but when he actually received the keys he never opened his hand. (00:00:15)

Continuity mistake: When Abruzzi is on the phone arranging a plane for that night, the train in the station that is seen leaving changes between shots. The number painted on the outside of the front door changes from 3434 to 3410 and the number in the passenger window changes from 418 to 425. These are metal numbers not an LCD display. The destination, Kimball, stays the same. (00:13:35)
