Continuity mistake: When Gibbs and his father drive up to Winslow's house, in the shot facing Jackson he holds out the bottle of Kentucky bourbon with his left hand, but in the next shot facing Gibbs it's held out in Jackson's right hand, then it's back in his left hand. (00:18:45)
Continuity mistake: After Senator Kiley asks Gibbs to keep his name out of it until after the vote, it cuts to Ziva holding Carrie McLellan's Academy graduation photo (gold frame looks like an 8x10). In the closeup Ziva places the framed photo back on the shelf, but that photo vanishes from the shelf in following shots. When Gibbs walks in, it seems that photo is on the table beside the couch. Continuity mistake: After Vance tells Gibbs to pack a bag because he'll be joining Tony in Cartagena, when it cuts to McGee he places his brown paper bag on the desk with the folded flap facing away from his keyboard, but next shot the bag faces the opposite way. (00:18:30)
