In the shot of Trudy walking through the office, Gina's hands are over her stomach. When the shot cuts back to Gina, her hands are positioned much lower. (00:24:37)

The bad guy wearing the blazer lands on the mattress towards the top, but when the shot cuts, he is positioned further down. Continuity mistake: When Manuel attempts to shoot Hector, Bianca attempts to shield him, prompting Manuel to put his right hand on Bianca's shoulder. But in the next shot, when Crockett and Tubbs start firing at Manuel, Hector's right hand is over the back of Bianca's head. (00:46:57)

Audio problem: After Calderone has left Angelina in the car with the bomb, there is a shot focusing on Angelina where Calderone is heard saying, "Take the baby to the main house." In this shot, Calderone's reflection can be seen in the car window when he says the line, but his mouth doesn't move. (00:29:35)
Continuity mistake: When Tubbs opens the letter from Calderone, the envelope is placed in between his thumb and index finger. But in the next shot, the envelope is between his index finger and middle finger. (00:47:27)
When Irish Eyes Are Crying - S3-E1
Visible crew/equipment: During Crockett & Tubbs' first meeting with arms dealer Max Klizer, a boom mic can be seen at the bottom of the screen in one shot.
Continuity mistake: Crockett and Tubbs are in his original black Daytona Ferrari. That car was destroyed in the first episode of season 3 and they received the white Ferrari Testarossa in episode 2.
Down for the Count (2) - S3-E13
Visible crew/equipment: When Crockett, Tubbs and Switek enter the mall at the end of the episode to prevent the hit on Guzman, Philip Michael Thomas has been replaced with an older looking stunt double who tries his best not to have his face in shot by immediately taking cover. In the next scenes in the mall, Tubbs has disappeared completely.
Continuity mistake: Many times during the episode, Det. Tubbs and the other characters mention that Tubbs killed Calderone. This is not accurate. In the episode "Caulderone's Return pt. 2," it is actually Crockett that kills Calderone and not Tubbs.
Revealing mistake: At the end when Tubbs shoots a man that is using his wife as a hostage, there is no muzzle or blast coming out of the gun.
Revealing mistake: When Bobby Diaz gets shot by Glenn McIntyre at the end of the episode, it causes him to fire his Beretta at the jetty he's standing on. Despite being at very close range, the deck remains unaffected by the gun shooting it. He also lacks any gunshot wounds.
