The woman remains completely still the entire time, indicating the use of a dummy. Even if she was tied up, she would not be completely still in the way that was shown. (00:02:57)
Revealing mistake: When the trailer explodes, just after the first bomb is detonated, the trailer is suddenly at a tilted angle when the second bomb explodes, revealing the use of two separate shots that are edited together. (00:46:38)
Revealing mistake: When Crockett is driving through the city at night to look for The Home Invaders, there is a slowed-down shot of him driving, which shows him to have been replaced with a stand-in driver. (00:15:15)
Revealing mistake: Crockett and Tubbs walk alongside a department store after speaking with Moreno in an alleyway. While this is happening, the reflections of bystanders standing on the other side of the street can be seen in the reflection of the store, who are watching the scene being filmed. (00:19:05)
The Prodigal Son (1 & 2) - S2-E1
Revealing mistake: After Crockett and Tubbs' confrontation with the New York police at the end of part 1, as the police car drives away, in the background a blue car drives by and a man and woman can be seen in the car looking and pointing at the filming.
Revealing mistake: At the end when Tubbs shoots a man that is using his wife as a hostage, there is no muzzle or blast coming out of the gun.
Revealing mistake: When Bobby Diaz gets shot by Glenn McIntyre at the end of the episode, it causes him to fire his Beretta at the jetty he's standing on. Despite being at very close range, the deck remains unaffected by the gun shooting it. He also lacks any gunshot wounds.
