Continuity mistake: When the Jamaicans are firing at the van that Crockett and Tubbs are in, there is one shot where the machine gun is held at a tilted angle. When the shot cuts, the machine gun is upright. (00:03:15)

Continuity mistake: According to the ballistics report, the Jamaican hitters use "Interarms" (instead of Interdynamic) KG-99 submachine guns. However, the lead thug actually uses a Smith & Wesson M76, and his cohorts Jimmy & Winston use Star Z70s.
Continuity mistake: When Crockett is speaking with Lou on the boat, he is putting on a shirt. The shirt is shown to cover more than half of his abdomen in the first shot of him, but when he is shown from the perspective of Ludovici's sniper rifle, the shirt covers only his upper chest. (00:22:16)
Continuity mistake: When Crockett rushes to help Lou after he is shot, he puts his left hand on Lou's right hand. But in the next shot, his left hand is on Lou's right shoulder. (00:22:52)

Continuity mistake: When Tubbs hands the bartender a photo, Crockett removes a cigarette from his mouth and begins to put it out using the ash tray. The shot then cuts to focus on the bartender, and Crockett's hand is suddenly near his mouth again before lowering it. (00:10:15)

Continuity mistake: When Tubbs asks the bartender if there is any way they can find Angelina, the bartender says, "Like I say, man, it's a small island." When he says this, Crockett raises his hand to his mouth so that he can smoke a cigarette. When the shot cuts, Crockett's hand is away from his face and then raises his hand to his face again. Continuity mistake: While talking with the chief in his office, in the shot where Crockett says, "No sign of Calderone at all, huh," he picks up a wooden stamp from the table. But in the next shot, the wooden stamp is back on the table. (00:11:25)

Continuity mistake: When Angelina is packing up her painting gear, just as Tubbs asks her if it is her boyfriend who is on the yacht, she is holding a wooden briefcase that is aligned with her stomach. When the shot cuts, the briefcase is aligned with her chest. (00:13:57)

Revealing mistake: After Tubbs orders Calderone's men to put their guns down, one of the men starts firing at him. When he starts firing, no bullets can be seen coming out of the gun. (00:43:20)
Audio problem: At the start of the episode, a bookie hangs up a call. The phone then starts ringing again, prompting him to answer the call. The sound of the phone ringing can be heard shortly before he hangs up the first call. (00:00:12)
