The Sopranos

Everybody Hurts - S4-E6

Continuity mistake: When Tony speaks to Artie at his home, Artie is seen putting a cigarette in his mouth. However, in the next shot the cigarette has disappeared and Artie is drinking from his cup instead. (00:18:35)

Pine Barrens - S3-E11

Continuity mistake: Christopher is trying to start a fire with sticks and has a cigarette in his mouth. He starts to go back into the van with the cigarette in his mouth but in the next shot the cigarette is gone and he is rubbing his hands together.

For All Debts Public and Private - S4-E1

Continuity mistake: When Tony Jr. reads the newspaper, his part of the table changes completely: The napkin changes position, the orange juice comes closer to his arm, the spoon in the bowl changes positions, and a mug in front is replaced for a load of papers. The position of his thumb also swaps from being beneath a photo, to on top of it depending on the angle.

Sacha

University - S3-E6

Continuity mistake: Tracey is cuddling Ralphie at home and places her hand on his belly. The left and right angles of her movement do not match: When she brings her hand towards herself, the following angle shows it on the opposite side.

Sacha

Where's Johnny? - S5-E3

Other mistake: In the scene where Paulie Gualtieri goes to confront "Feech" La Manna at the bakery concerning the landscaping feud, the clock on the wall doesn't match the time on La Manna's watch or the clock on the wall behind La Manna's desk. The big clock says 11:55 while the other two say either 2:45 or 9:10.

Down Neck - S1-E7

Revealing mistake: Closing scene. Tony and his son are in the kitchen making ice cream sundaes. The second time Tony holds the can of whipping cream over the boy's mouth, the kid actor looks off camera for direction.

Soprano Home Movies - S6-E13

Revealing mistake: When Bobby feels provoked by Tony and gives him the first punch making him fall from the chair, Tony is then shown getting up. If you look very carefully, that shot actually shows Tony falling instead, so they reversed it to make it look like he was going to get up. (00:27:24)

FighterDanLockup

Made in America - S6-E21

Audio problem: When Tony and Meadow are at the restaurant, the start of the scene shows Meadow saying, "To what do I owe this chance to go sake bombing?" to which Tony replies, "We used to have dinner all the time." The dialogue appears to have been dubbed over, as Meadow's mouth doesn't move when she says the line, and Tony's mouth appears to say something completely different. (00:37:46)

Casual Person

Anthony 'Tony' Soprano Sr.: You know where I was yesterday when you called?.. I was outside a whorehouse, while a guy that works for me was inside beating the shit out of a guy that owes me money. Broke his arm. Put a bullet in his kneecap.
Dr Jennifer Melfi: How'd that make you feel?
Anthony 'Tony' Soprano Sr.: Wished it was me in there.
Dr Jennifer Melfi: Giving the beating or taking it?

Trivia: Whenever the mobsters in the Sopranos pay they almost always take a wad of cash out of their pocket and pull off the top 3-4 bills and hand it over. If Tony is paying for a pizza he pulls off 3-4 bills. If he's bribing someone he pulls off 3-4 bills. No matter what the amount is for that particular situation, it's always covered with the top 3-4 bills of the cash wad.
