Continuity mistake: In the morning, while Janice waits outside in the car, Livia starts to criticize Tony, and when Tony rushes out of the house, in the interior shot there’s a screen door. Then, in the next exterior shot, the screen door has vanished, and now the front door has a deadbolt cylinder as well as a door knob back plate.
Continuity mistake: After Carmela heads out, Tony grabs a Dove bar from the freezer and takes a seat at the counter. When Tony unfolds the Waste News, its front page changes between the close-up and side shots. The same thing happens between shots when Tony opens to the second page of the newspaper.
In Camelot - S5-E7
Continuity mistake: When Tony is with Fran in her apartment, he's wearing an abstract pattern polo. Then they drive to the racetrack. At the racetrack, Tony's shirt is the same style, but the pattern is different. Then, when Tony is with Hesh, his polo reverts back to the original pattern.
Continuity mistake: When Tony lets AJ steer while they're aboard The Stugots, in two long shots, AJ is wearing a PFD just as their boat's wake capsizes a small rowboat, but in all other shots, he's not.
Continuity mistake: At the Miami restaurant, when Tony, Paulie, and Beansie lift their champagne flutes for a toast, in the close-up Beansie holds out his glass with his right hand, but in the two wide shots he holds the glass out in his left hand.
Visible crew/equipment: When Furio goes into the massage parlour, Furio is going towards the back, and the door on the side gets flung open. You can see that it doesn't open all the way, and tube lights are visible. (00:40:45)

Continuity mistake: At the hospital waiting in the car for the emergency room doctor it's pouring rain. However, when Tony and Tony B get out to talk with the doctor it's not raining and starts to rain once they get back into the car. (00:42:24)
Continuity mistake: Paulie serves Tony a plate of rigatoni with a big slice of bread. After a few bits of rigatoni the bread disappears from the plate. (00:49:05)
Continuity mistake: Tony moves his wine glass and pours some wine. He places the wine bottle down in front to his left side. In the next frame the wine bottle is now to his right. (00:54:06)
Continuity mistake: Dr. Melfi is in session with Dr. Elliot Kupferberg. Elliot picks up his water bottle and the popup cap is on the bottle. In the next he is drinking from the bottle, but he isn't shown removing the cap. (00:40:57)
Continuity mistake: When Tony gets into Holsten's the man with the moustache sitting in the first booth facing the entrance is wearing a ring on his right-hand middle finger that disappears when Tony is seated. (00:54:19)
Continuity mistake: While Tony is talking to Melfi about A.J, Melfi's lipstick color darkens halfway during the conversation. (00:12:37)
For All Debts Public and Private - S4-E1
Continuity mistake: Tony is clean-shaven at the doctor's office with Uncle Junior in the lobby and when he makes eyes with the nurse in the hall. However, steps away in the exam room, Tony now has a five o'clock shadow. (00:11:11 - 00:11:32)
Revealing mistake: The semi-automatic handgun the gunman is shooting has no rearward slide movement after each shot is fired for the shell casings to eject. The gun is firing but it's not reloading, however it's firing several shots. This is just not possible. In a few other previous gun scenes like the Mikey Palmice hit Christopher is dramatizing the recoil by moving the handgun up and down and snapping it in a way that just doesn't make any sense. The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti - S1-E8
Other mistake: Christopher Moltisanti fires a 2nd warning shot at a baker. The shot is fired at the floor but a mirror up on the wall behind the baker shatters. In the next shot and all subsequent shots, the mirror is undamaged. Now this gun was a prop gun, supposedly modified to fire blanks. How did the mirror shatter? It couldn't have been part of the planned shot. Christopher was aiming at the floor. (00:18:41)
The Legend of Tennessee Moltisanti - S1-E8
Revealing mistake: Christopher is in the pastry shop. When his head is turned to the left, an earpiece can be seen in his ear. (00:17:35)
Revealing mistake: When Tony buys the orange juice off the street vendor (just before he is attacked by the hitmen) you can see the magazines on the vendor's stand being blown around by the "heavy winds" that are present throughout the episode. However, if you look behind Tony, you can see the scenery is almost completely still. The "wind" is coming from just off camera. (00:27:17)
Revealing mistake: When Tony collapses in his back garden, and the barbecue grill explodes, some coals (supposedly thrown into the air by the explosion) land next to Tony's body. Watch this moment closely however and you can see that the coals come into shot from left of the screen and not above from the air as they should. Obviously thrown in by a nearby crew member, just off-screen. (00:19:48)
I Dream of Jeannie Cusamano - S1-E13
Revealing mistake: When Artie visits Livia at the hospital there is a close-up of the newspaper that Livia is reading and it is obviously fake. Some of the articles look like they have been pasted into it and there are white strips of paper covering up headlines or replacing them with new ones. (00:16:50)
Answer: That's not Jimmy, just a look-a-like. Jimmy's short and stout, the guy in "Christopher" episode is tall and medium built. The hair is also different.
