Continuity mistake: Tony is clean-shaven at the doctor's office with Uncle Junior in the lobby and when he makes eyes with the nurse in the hall. However, steps away in the exam room, Tony now has a five o'clock shadow. (00:11:11 - 00:11:32)
Revealing mistake: The semi-automatic handgun the gunman is shooting has no rearward slide movement after each shot is fired for the shell casings to eject. The gun is firing but it's not reloading, however it's firing several shots. This is just not possible. In a few other previous gun scenes like the Mikey Palmice hit Christopher is dramatizing the recoil by moving the handgun up and down and snapping it in a way that just doesn't make any sense. Other mistake: Christopher Moltisanti fires a 2nd warning shot at a baker. The shot is fired at the floor but a mirror up on the wall behind the baker shatters. In the next shot and all subsequent shots, the mirror is undamaged. Now this gun was a prop gun, supposedly modified to fire blanks. How did the mirror shatter? It couldn't have been part of the planned shot. Christopher was aiming at the floor. (00:18:41)

Revealing mistake: Christopher is in the pastry shop. When his head is turned to the left, an earpiece can be seen in his ear. (00:17:35)
Revealing mistake: When Tony buys the orange juice off the street vendor (just before he is attacked by the hitmen) you can see the magazines on the vendor's stand being blown around by the "heavy winds" that are present throughout the episode. However, if you look behind Tony, you can see the scenery is almost completely still. The "wind" is coming from just off camera. (00:27:17)
Revealing mistake: When Tony collapses in his back garden, and the barbecue grill explodes, some coals (supposedly thrown into the air by the explosion) land next to Tony's body. Watch this moment closely however and you can see that the coals come into shot from left of the screen and not above from the air as they should. Obviously thrown in by a nearby crew member, just off-screen. (00:19:48)

Revealing mistake: When Artie visits Livia at the hospital there is a close-up of the newspaper that Livia is reading and it is obviously fake. Some of the articles look like they have been pasted into it and there are white strips of paper covering up headlines or replacing them with new ones. (00:16:50)
Continuity mistake: Valentina is sitting and reading a magazine when Tony enters her hospital room. She places the magazine on her lap. Throughout the scene the magazine appears on her lap when the camera is on Tony and disappears when the camera is on Valentina. (00:18:57)

Continuity mistake: While in a Paris restaurant Carmela and Ro toast. Each time their wine glasses are shown on the table, the wine goes from a swallow to a half of glass. (00:39:47)
Continuity mistake: The scene where Hesh and Massive Genius are sitting down and drinking. Massive Genius has just requested that Hesh pay reparations money. Paulie then steps forwards, aggressively demanding "or what?" Behind him, Chris is standing by the white pillar. However, two shots and 2 seconds later, when the camera cuts back to Tony's holding Paulie back, Chris has completely disappeared from the veranda - he is neither behind Paulie or Silvio.

Continuity mistake: When Tony and Julianna are sitting down to sign the contract, he picks up a pen that is lying on top of the contract. Immediately there's a cut to the contract with the pen still lying on top of it. (00:48:00)
Continuity mistake: After the fight between Tony and Bobby, Tony has a large blood stain on the front of his T-shirt and he passes out. The next morning Tony wakes up the blood stain on his T-shirt is significantly smaller. (00:32:00 - 00:34:00)
Continuity mistake: When the FBI dude follows Tony outside to talk to him, Tony's Escalade is visible behind Tony. When they cut away to the next shot and then back at Tony, there's a red Jeep where his Escalade was. (00:08:05)

Continuity mistake: When at the funeral parlour, Paulie and Silvio are on the settee and Tony sits on a chair. In close up shots of Tony only, his hands are clasped on his lap, but in long shots of all three characters, he has a hand on each knee.

Continuity mistake: Ralph and Jackie are in Rose's kitchen talking. After Jackie pours a box of Trix cereal, he sets it down with the front of the box (Trix is showing) facing the camera which is set awkwardly on the counter - it is not set down flat on the counter. For the remaining shots of the scene showing Jackie, the cereal box is now flat on the counter with the back of the box facing the camera. (00:31:55)
Answer: That's not Jimmy, just a look-a-like. Jimmy's short and stout, the guy in "Christopher" episode is tall and medium built. The hair is also different.
