Other mistake: Christopher Moltisanti fires a 2nd warning shot at a baker. The shot is fired at the floor but a mirror up on the wall behind the baker shatters. In the next shot and all subsequent shots, the mirror is undamaged. Now this gun was a prop gun, supposedly modified to fire blanks. How did the mirror shatter? It couldn't have been part of the planned shot. Christopher was aiming at the floor. (00:18:41)

Revealing mistake: When Tony buys the orange juice off the street vendor (just before he is attacked by the hitmen) you can see the magazines on the vendor's stand being blown around by the "heavy winds" that are present throughout the episode. However, if you look behind Tony, you can see the scenery is almost completely still. The "wind" is coming from just off camera. (00:27:17)
Revealing mistake: When Tony collapses in his back garden, and the barbecue grill explodes, some coals (supposedly thrown into the air by the explosion) land next to Tony's body. Watch this moment closely however and you can see that the coals come into shot from left of the screen and not above from the air as they should. Continuity mistake: The scene where Hesh and Massive Genius are sitting down and drinking. Massive Genius has just requested that Hesh pay reparations money. Paulie then steps forwards, aggressively demanding "or what?" Behind him, Chris is standing by the white pillar. However, two shots and 2 seconds later, when the camera cuts back to Tony's holding Paulie back, Chris has completely disappeared from the veranda - he is neither behind Paulie or Silvio.

Continuity mistake: When Tony and Julianna are sitting down to sign the contract, he picks up a pen that is lying on top of the contract. Immediately there's a cut to the contract with the pen still lying on top of it. (00:48:00)

Continuity mistake: When at the funeral parlour, Paulie and Silvio are on the settee and Tony sits on a chair. In close up shots of Tony only, his hands are clasped on his lap, but in long shots of all three characters, he has a hand on each knee.
