Run Away, Little Boy - S2-E9

Visible crew/equipment: While Dean is watching the play rehearsal, when Tristan starts talking about the "first kiss" in the wideshots facing Dean, we can see the boom pole moving at the top right corner of the screen. The boom pole is not part of the student production. (00:33:30)

Super Grover

Run Away, Little Boy - S2-E9

Continuity mistake: Lorelei's casual date brings his parents into Luke's and even though the windows are covered and you can't see outside, the cash register is at the wrong end of the counter.

The Bracebridge Dinner - S2-E10

Continuity mistake: When Dean and Clara first arrive at the Inn and are shown talking to Rory, Luke and Jess arrive in the background and Luke removes his jacket. In the next shot his jacket is back on and he removes it again.

Richard in Stars Hollow - S2-E12

Other mistake: Paris was looking to find the seedy side of Stars Hollow. Inside of Luke's she hid behind a menu commenting that she wanted to blend in. She then asked Luke if he gets a lot of truckers. We have all seen the exterior of Luke's and the town square. Paris has walked through it. Where, would a big rig possibly fit or park? Paris is extremely intelligent. She would not have asked the question. Doing so was totally out of character.
