New Kidney in Town - S9-E8

Continuity mistake: When Peter returns home from being hyped up on Red Bull, he has numerous cans in his arms. When he sees Stewie he immediately drops the cans on the floor but when the camera pulls back as he sits down with Stewie in his lap, the cans of Red Bull are nowhere to be seen.

And I'm Joyce Kinney - S9-E9

Continuity mistake: After Joyce reveals the secret on the news it soon cuts to Joyce sitting in front of the mirror at Quahog 5, and in the mirror's reflection we see the door behind Joyce opens at the real Lois' right side (blocking the lightswitch), but in the next shot facing Lois the door opens the opposite way (not blocking the lightswitch). Super Grover

German Guy - S9-E11

Continuity mistake: When Franz Gutentag falls off the step towards the end of the episode, Herbert is on the porch of the house and reaches out to him. When we see the shot of Gutentag falling in slow motion and the birds fly away, there is no sign of Herbert on the porch.

Neil Jones

Lois: Hello?
Peter: I can't take the trash out today, I'm working late at the office.
Lois: The caller ID says you're calling from the kitchen. In fact I can see you.
Peter: [Edging sideways.] OK, can you see me now?
Lois: No.
Peter: Now I am at the office.

Grumpy Old Man - S10-E9

Trivia: One of the cutaway gags is about someone who survived 9/11 because he was late for work watching late night football. Seth MacFarlane missed his flight, which would have been one of the flights to crash into the World Trade Center, because his agent had given him the incorrect departure time. The plane was scheduled to depart at 7:45 AM and his agent had told him it was departing at 8:15 AM. By the time Seth arrived the boarding had been closed and he was told he would have to catch a later flight.

Brian Sings & Swings - S4-E19

Question: In this episode Meg pretends to be a lesbian, when she calls herself a 'mega lesbian' it shows four other 'mega lesbians' singing something on deep voices. What song are they singing? Is it a real song?

strikeand

Chosen answer: It's a real song called "Elvira". Originally by Dallas Fraizer in '66, however, this version seems to be the Oak Ridge Boys cover version. However, the mega lesbians skip the verse and just sing the chorus after the opening line.
