I Never Met the Dead Man - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: When Peter comes back into the room after the TV comes on and is wanting to take the family to the folk festival, he stands at the end of the couch with his back to the window. You can see their front door off to the side behind him but not close enough. When it cuts to a different angle, suddenly the door is right behind him, then the window again when it cuts back. Suggested correction: Usually this would be right, but it's evident by their positioning that Peter is actually driving his car right in the middle of the road on the dotted line and not staying in one lane. This is why the truck passes on the left to get in front and then the car on the right, both also getting centered on the dotted line.

Chitty Chitty Death Bang - S1-E3

Revealing mistake: After the manager of the arcade takes money from other customers and cancels Stewie's reservation, Peter and Chris start walking along a row of arcade machines. Here the background was just copy and pasted over again, as they walk by the same place twice, and start a third time before the scene changes. (00:07:35)

I Never Met the Dead Man - S1-E2

Continuity mistake: At the stop light, Meg starts racing a guy on a horse drawn carriage. When they leave the light, they are going down a road by a cliff side, and suddenly there are no lines in the road from the side angle. When it cuts to the carriage's wheel coming off, suddenly there is a dotted yellow line in the road by it. (00:03:17)

Death Has a Shadow - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: During the flash back at the ice cream store Peter's eyes change in size twice before he licks the ice cream and then one more time after he licks the ice cream before falling down.

Barely Legal - S5-E8

Connie: You know, Meg, there's no dogs allowed. So, you're going to have to leave. But Brian can stay.
Brian Griffin: You know, Connie, I think I have this theory about why you're such a bitch.
Connie: Excuse me?
Meg Griffin: Brian, let's just go.
Brian Griffin: No, no, no, no, no, no. Hang on a minute, Meg, hang on. You see, Connie, you're popular because you developed early and started giving handjobs when you were twelve. But now you can't stand to look in the mirror because all you see is a whore. So you pick on Meg to avoid the inevitable realization that once your body's used up by age nineteen, you're gonna be a worn out chalky skinned burlap sack that even your own stepdad won't want. How is that? Am I in the ballpark?
[Connie runs off crying].

Brian Sings & Swings - S4-E19

Question: In this episode Meg pretends to be a lesbian, when she calls herself a 'mega lesbian' it shows four other 'mega lesbians' singing something on deep voices. What song are they singing? Is it a real song?

strikeand

Chosen answer: It's a real song called "Elvira". Originally by Dallas Fraizer in '66, however, this version seems to be the Oak Ridge Boys cover version. However, the mega lesbians skip the verse and just sing the chorus after the opening line.
