Continuity mistake: When the Native Americans make ghost sounds at Peter and Lois scaring them out of the office, the chair on the right side of the screen is empty. It cuts to Peter and Lois turning to run out of the door for a split second, then back to the Native Americans in a different angle. Suddenly that chair that was empty now has an Native American in a grey suit sitting there. (00:15:44)
Continuity mistake: In the car, Peter talks about how he shouldn't have had that prune smoothie. Suddenly their car has no rear window, and the ceiling of the car is completely different with lines going everywhere and extending back down over where the rear window used to be. (00:09:24)
Continuity mistake: Peter picks up the phone to call the Scout leaders and points his finger up in the air. In the side shot, it's just his finger extended up, but when it cuts to a closer angle, suddenly his thumb is extended outward as well. (00:07:00)
Continuity mistake: On the couch, Lois tells Peter that maybe Chris is the one that should be earning that badge. As she does, Peter's arm is down at his side and her hand is resting on it. It then cuts to his reaction and suddenly his arm is out in front of him with no time between shots.

Continuity mistake: Just before Chris tells Stewie to make a wish, there is a pie server next to the cake on the table. When it cuts back to the family it has vanished. (00:21:29)

Continuity mistake: Peter goes to a save the animals machine at the arcade and at first fails. Inside the machine you can see a yellow bear up against the corner to Peter's right. In the next shot the bear is gone. Several other items inside also change. (00:06:26)

Continuity mistake: When Peter comes back into the room after the TV comes on and is wanting to take the family to the folk festival, he stands at the end of the couch with his back to the window. You can see their front door off to the side behind him but not close enough. When it cuts to a different angle, suddenly the door is right behind him, then the window again when it cuts back. (00:17:10)
Continuity mistake: When Lois is outside, the mail lady gives her Peter's check. The front door has no window on the outside, yet inside there is one. (00:14:25)
Revealing mistake: Peter's right eye overlaps his nose when he's watching TV with his family.
Other mistake: When the family is driving to New York, another red car passes in front of them from the right where there is no road. (00:09:35)
Suggested correction: Usually this would be right, but it's evident by their positioning that Peter is actually driving his car right in the middle of the road on the dotted line and not staying in one lane. This is why the truck passes on the left to get in front and then the car on the right, both also getting centered on the dotted line.
Continuity mistake: Stewie's overalls are missing during one of the shots of the Griffins at court.
Chitty Chitty Death Bang - S1-E3
Revealing mistake: After the manager of the arcade takes money from other customers and cancels Stewie's reservation, Peter and Chris start walking along a row of arcade machines. Here the background was just copy and pasted over again, as they walk by the same place twice, and start a third time before the scene changes. (00:07:35)
I Never Met the Dead Man - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: At the stop light, Meg starts racing a guy on a horse drawn carriage. When they leave the light, they are going down a road by a cliff side, and suddenly there are no lines in the road from the side angle. When it cuts to the carriage's wheel coming off, suddenly there is a dotted yellow line in the road by it. (00:03:17)
Continuity mistake: While cooking dinner, and waiting for Peter, Lois has a watch on. As she comes down the basement stairs, it's suddenly gone.
Continuity mistake: During the flash back at the ice cream store Peter's eyes change in size twice before he licks the ice cream and then one more time after he licks the ice cream before falling down.
Continuity mistake: When Lois enters the kitchen while talking about needing the checkbook, her shoes aren't exposing her feet like they usually do.
Continuity mistake: When Peter winks at the camera wearing an afro, it is black, but when he sits back down, the afro is brown.
