41 corrected entries in season 10

Correction: It's true that piercing studios will likely require consent, but if Amy just said, "this is my daughter," I doubt they'd have a policy of requiring a birth certificate or anything.

Correction: Joey is unwilling to share food unexpectedly, i.e. In season 5 episode 20 he is only willing to share a bite of his sandwich to prove how much Chandler means to him. In this episode he is suggested to order an extra chips to share and he happily accepts it, even though that would still be sharing food.

Correction: This is not correct, it is a picture of Rachel from season 5-6.

The One With The Cake - S10-E4

Corrected entry: What has happened to Ross' tan? An average spray on tan lasts about a fortnight and, if he could wash it off, why didn't he just get rid of it immediately after the first time he is sprayed?

Correction: They don't say how much time passed between episodes. Just because the episode aired a week apart doesn't mean the events happen a week apart.

Correction: It may just be that the Swedish guy is just mispronouncing 'orchids' with his Swedish accent.

Correction: The keys are in fact (in no particular order) : purple, blue, black, red, bronze, and bronze.

Correction: Just because you don't hear a door close doesn't mean it didn't. They were playing a game and cheering and carrying on so it is perfectly conceivable that people could leave without being noticed.

Plus they probably shut the door very quietly so no one would notice them leaving.

The Last One (2) - S10-E20

Corrected entry: In the airport Ross says "I really thought she'd stay". After he says this when the camera zooms out the cut between the carpet and the set floor is very visible. (00:19:50)

Correction: This is not a mistake; terminals are set up this way, carpeted at the gate and tiled in the walkways.

Correction: At no point does this happen. I have just watched this episode.

Correction: I just watched this episode and they don't double in size.

The One After Joey And Rachel Kiss - S10-E1

Corrected entry: In Rachel's hotel room, there is a door on the left of the wall that joins onto Monica and Chandler's room. Due to the layout of the rooms, the only place it could lead to is Monica and Chandler's room. However, when Ross is talking to Rachel and she's looking for Joey, she walks through this door and has a quick look around. Surely she would see Joey in there, or at least Monica, Chandler and Phoebe and ask if they knew where Joey was?

Correction: The door that leads to Monica and Chandler's room is on the right of Rachel's bed - we see Joey get dragged through it, and the camera pans "through" it shortly afterwards, when all the friends are listening to Ross and Rachel. Rachel looks through a door which is on the far left of the bed; this is presumably the bathroom. Rather bizarre it doesn't occur to Rachel that Joey might have just gone through the other door, but she's never been the brightest woman.

Correction: We have no evidence of Monica and Chandler painting the wardrobe, so they wouldn't have found them.

Brad

Correction: How is this a mistake?

Correction: There is no shadow.

The One With The Birth Mother - S10-E9

Corrected entry: Joey can read Phoebe's mind! Joey asks for the phone number of Phoebe's friend. Phoebe gives Joey a pen. He writes the name of the girlfriend on his hand and gives the pen back. Phoebe never tells him the phone number. A couple of scenes later, Joey is having dinner with that girl.

Correction: Obviously time has passed since the first scene, Therefore it is very likely Pheobe could have given it Joey after she noticed the mistake or vice versa.

Correction: The door hasn't been cut, it's the mirror that's hanging on the door. You see this when Monica switches walls with Phoebe. You also can see Phoebe pausing to look in the mirror.

The Last One (2) - S10-E20

Corrected entry: The whole plot line of Rachel getting off the plane is most definitely impossible in post-9/11 America. Regulations consider any passengers that get off the plane after they've boarded to be security risks. When Phoebe gets Rachel talking about something wrong with the plane, causing panic, all those panicked passengers would have been stopped, and Rachel likely would have been questioned for the suspicious nature of that phone conversation. Likewise, when Rachel goes running off the plane, she at best would have been forcibly stopped and questioned, and at worst would have been shot, like the mentally ill guy in Miami in early 2006.

Correction: It isn't just Rachel, almost all of the passengers begin to complain, we are not shown them actually leaving the plane, so we would expect that the crew would see that nobody at all was compfortable to fly.

The One After Joey And Rachel Kiss - S10-E1

Corrected entry: When Ross walks into Monica and Chandler's hotel room, he is packed much earlier than both Monica and Chandler. However, in the episode after Monica and Chandler get married, Ross only signs out of the hotel a few minutes before check-out time. This is also implied by other characters who say that he does that all the time.

Correction: Being packed doesn't mean he will check out immediately.

tw_stuart

Correction: Completely in line with Monica's character that she would continue to refer to herself by her maiden name or alternatively a completely plausible character mistake. Monica also states that she never changed her name in a later episode. (The One With Princess Consuela).

Correction: It would make perfect sense for Louis Vuitton to give their new employee, who is moving accross the ocean to work for them, a full set of luggage.

The One With Chandler In A Box - S4-E8

Monica: Fine, judge all you want to, but [to Ross] married a lesbian, [to Rachel] left a man at the altar, [to Phoebe] fell in love with a gay ice dancer, [to Joey] threw a girl's wooden leg in a fire, [to Chandler] LIVING IN A BOX!

Trivia: The Magna-doodle on the door in the boys apartment has a different picture on it every episode. There is usually some tenuous connection between the picture and the plot of the episode.

The One With The Jellyfish - S4-E1

Question: When Ross and Rachel are fighting, Chandler hides behind the door and bursts out saying, "I knew it!" When Rachel says, "It's not that common, it doesn't happen to every guy, and it is a big deal!" is this just a Chandler moment or is there another joke I have missed?

Answer: The statements that she's contradicting (that it is common, it happens to every guy, and it's not a big deal), are the things that a woman commonly says to a man who is suffering from erectile difficulty, typically to assuage his bruised ego. However, most men do not believe that these statements are true, as evidenced by Chandler's outburst. He's so caught up in the proof that women are lying about it that he gives himself away.
