Continuity mistake: Before charging at John, Callahan removes her hat with her left hand and appears to tuck it into her back pocket. She then rushes at him with her arms free, but in the next shot, the hat is in her right hand, and yet a moment later, it's back in her pocket.

Trivia: When Jaime arrives at a small square in France, it's unmistakably the same location used to represent Germany in S2E12 and also Germany in S3E7. While it's common for TV shows to reuse sets, the reuse here is particularly blatant and hard to overlook.
