Character mistake: The bad guys' badges read 'Deligates' instead of 'Delegates'.
Continuity mistake: When Jaime jumps, her shoes are closed-toe. When she lands, they have turned into high-heeled, open-toe sandals.
Continuity mistake: After Terrence throws the firecrackers in the dustbin, the chair next to him disappears.

Continuity mistake: Terrence throws red and blue firecrackers into a dustbin filled with brown paper. In the next shot, the firecrackers are red and yellow, and the brown paper has turned into a newspaper. The dustbin also changes position.
Continuity mistake: The ropes tied around Jaime shift positions between shots.
Visible crew/equipment: When the episode starts, a man opens the car door and a huge stage light is reflected on the door.
Revealing mistake: After locking up the guards, Jaime climbs down a wall. Right when she starts climbing, she is replaced by a very obvious stunt woman.

Continuity mistake: Jaime grabs John's arm with her left and pulls him toward her, but in the next shot she is suddenly at his side, behind a desk.

Continuity mistake: Before charging at John, Callahan removes her hat with her left hand and appears to tuck it into her back pocket. She then rushes at him with her arms free, but in the next shot, the hat is in her right hand, and yet a moment later, it's back in her pocket.
