There's also a visible gap in the corner behind her where light shines through, plus the left wall suddenly appears crumpled for no reason, revealing it's made of thin material or whatever happened in previous takes.

Continuity mistake: Two mistakes here: First, when Jaime breaks down the door, she initially uses her non-bionic left arm - identifiable by the bracelet. Second mistake: Jaime's second punch, shown from inside the room, is delivered with her right arm. However, in the reverse shot from outside, it's once again her left arm that appears.
Continuity mistake: Ali extends his right arm to touch Jaime while she's belly dancing, with his left hand out of sight. A shot later, his left arm is suddenly extended as well.
Continuity mistake: Right from the start of the episode, it's painfully clear that Ali's stunt double is on screen - and he looks nothing like him.
