Revealing mistake: When Jaime's stunt double lands next to Dr. Philip Jennings, she appears more than a head taller than him. In the following shot with the real Jaime, she is only slightly taller.

Continuity mistake: Jaime breaks the chain between her handcuffs, but in the next shot, she appears without them. She could plausibly break the shackle on her left wrist, but not the one on her right, since only her right arm is bionic.

Continuity mistake: When Jaime's elevator begins to freefall at high speed, the floor indicator shows it dropping from the 20th to the 16th floor. The scene cuts to Jaime struggling to save herself for several seconds as the elevator supposedly plummets rapidly. However, in the next shot, the indicator only reads the 15th floor.

Revealing mistake: The bad guys knock out the night watchman and drag him across the floor. Moments later, his foot and body are moving upward as if the actor stood up and walked away.

Revealing mistake: When Jaime enters the elevator, the doors close, but once it begins to freefall, the left edge of the set is exposed with no walls. There's also a visible gap in the corner behind her where light shines through, plus the left wall suddenly appears crumpled for no reason, revealing it's made of thin material or whatever happened in previous takes.

Continuity mistake: When Tommy is lying in the hospital bed, the sheets are pulled up to his tummy, and a tube rests on top of his pyjamas. In the next shot, however, the sheet reaches up to his chin, and the tube is no longer visible.

Trivia: When Jaime arrives at a small square in France, it's unmistakably the same location used to represent Germany in S2E12 and also Germany in S3E7. While it's common for TV shows to reuse sets, the reuse here is particularly blatant and hard to overlook.
