Continuity mistake: Right before Kevin destroys the shelves after climbing up to reach the metal box, the box with Buzz's life savings (on top of the shelves in his room) moves between the overhead and ground shots.

Continuity mistake: After the tree burns up from Uncle Lewis' stogie, he turns around revealing fire on his back. Right as he is turning, the shot cuts to Clark and back to Lewis. In this new shot, Lewis' hair is different (compare the wigs), indicating the person getting the fire on his back put out is a stunt person.

Revealing mistake: When Ernest is talking to the receptionist at the talent agency, as an old woman, you can see film lights reflected in his glasses. The lights aren't there in the opposite angle.

Revealing mistake: When Ernest jumps the luggage trying to get the airport, sparks fly from out of the car. If you look, they aren't coming from where the car is hitting, but a spark generator on the front of the car.

Lethal Weapon 3 (1992)

Visible crew/equipment: Right after Riggs saves Rianne's job, he and Murtaugh are driving in Rigg's vehicle. There is a shot looking through the driver's side window. Pay close attention to the reflection the truck makes in the glass on the buildings, you can see the crew and at least two cameras shooting the shot from a rig.

Lethal Weapon 4 (1998)

Continuity mistake: Right after Riggs tells Murtaugh how he is going to be a distraction for the man shooting fire, Murtaugh starts taking off his jacket in one angle, but in the reverse shot looking toward him, he has it back on and isn't touching it. (00:04:05)

Trivia: When the older lady is showing off her taser in the beginning of the film she is holding a magazine. On the back of the magazine is an advertisement for Lethal Weapon. Joel Silver, who produced Lethal Weapon, also produced this film. (00:05:36)

Die Hard 2 (1990)

Factual error: The first shot of the church is a high up shot which pans down as the van enters the shot. High mountains can be seen in the background. The film is set in Washington D.C. (Note: the film was shot in the Denver area.).

Toy Soldiers (1991)

Visible crew/equipment: During one of the final shots, the camera is panning around the main characters as they acknowledge Sean Astin and are celebrating. Two times during this shot, the camera shadow is visible on the bottom of the screen as is the head of it's operator.

Continuity mistake: During the bus scenes near the beginning (that take place after the paintball sequence), the backgrounds looking out the windows of the bus change in the shots. Some of the scenery outside is city, back to open land, and back to city.

Audio problem: When Vicki is kissing the Joker's arm near the end, the sound of her kissing is a fraction of a second off, enough to be noticeable.

Continuity mistake: Stallone confronts the guy pulling spaghetti out of his fridge, causing him to drop it. When he is pulling the plate out of the fridge, there is no fork. When Stallone looks down, there is a fork on the plate.

Continuity mistake: The stripper blows smoke in a guy's face out in the alleyway. When the shot switches to the guy, the smoke has disappeared.

Continuity mistake: When the main German soldier (Paul) is regretting stabbing the French soldier and is attempting to help him, the Frenchman puts his arm on this chest. In the next shot, his arm is off his chest and is lying on the ground.

Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode Michael Madsen's character attempts to run over Sam with a forklift, causing the boy to fall into the water and almost drown. As the boy is falling into the water, there is a wide shot of the action. In the scene, a box is being pushed over the edge into the harbor. In the close shot following, the box is gone, as are other items nearby.

Revealing mistake: When Sam is helping Frank clean his truck, an old couple passes as they are talking. Watch the shadows on the left side of the frame right before they enter. The shadows pause for a second, and then the couple walks on screen as they are being cued by the director.
