Continuity mistake: When Clouseau is trying to get into bed with his wife and things keep happening, the bed makes itself while he gets the milk. The top sheet was messy in the previous shots.

Continuity mistake: At the very end of the film when the bed crashes through the wall, Olga has disappeared from the very first outside shot. She is then back to the left of Cato in the next shot. This was likely done because she was completely nude and the audience would've got a good look at her.

Revealing mistake: When the castle starts to disappear at the end, lines are visible on the matte painting where the pieces were. As the remainder of the castle disappears, a significant line in the painting is visible on the left side during the remainder of the shot.

Continuity mistake: During Oktoberfest when Clouseau is being followed by assassins, one has metal spikes in his chest. They change lengths during the scene. They're longer toward the end of the sequence.

Continuity mistake: During the scene when the U.N. building is disappearing, the top of the building changes. Notice in the other shots, there is some sort of structure atop the building. It is see-through. When we see the effect happen, that structure is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Dick Grayson is showing off his fancy laundry skills, he splashes water onto the washing machine and dryer. In the last shot when he mops up the mess, the water is gone from one side of the machines.

Trivia: Dustin Hoffman is a notorious method actor. According to Meryl Streep, in one scene, Hoffman threw a wine glass at a wall near her. The glass shattered and got into her hair. Hoffman told the cameraman what would happen but not Streep. She told Hoffman to tell her next time before he did anything similar. Hoffman also frequently insulted Streep to get a better performance out of her.

Continuity mistake: Ted and Elaine embrace at the very end as the camera moves around them. You can see the wheels on the plane. Seconds later as Otto takes off with it, the plane has no wheels.

Continuity mistake: During the battle of Stirling, the archers' arrows hit the Scottish shields and are sticking out. When the army stands up to mock the English again, the arrows are gone.

Audio problem: At the gun club, Axel talks to Russ and we see a video screen with the two talking. Russ' mouth is slightly off from what he is saying.

Continuity mistake: The Penguin is getting vegetables thrown at him after Batman jams his speech on the steps. In certain angles he is closer to the banners behind him, while further in others.

Continuity mistake: When Harry and Marv are climbing down the rope, Marv goes first. There is a low shot looking up at them and you can see Harry's head look over the roof. The next shot is looking right at Marv as he starts to climb down. Harry has vanished.
