Other mistake: As Sam recovers from her injuries, she keeps babying her right arm, when it was her left that Tory scraped with the wrist chain and bandaged.
Suggested correction: It was her right arm that Tory cut.

Continuity mistake: When Miguel realises Johnny liked all Ali's photos, he looks embarrassed and shakes his head to the right, with his mouth open. In the next frame he looks significantly different, with his mouth shut. (00:09:23)
Other mistake: Johnny is browsing Facebook and accepts a friend request for his childhood crush and checks out her profile. The Facebook post on Ali Mille Schwarber's profile with a photo of her smiling has a lock icon next to the date. This indicates that the photo/post is private and no-one should be able to see it except for Ali. (00:36:58)

Continuity mistake: After Johnny picks up the small spear in the dojo, the first spear (next to the one picked up) changes angles (tilting positions) every time it's shown during the scene.

Continuity mistake: Tory's hair looks disheveled at the start of the house brawl. When she shouts "No Mercy!", her hair looks better. The intro must have been filmed after the brawl.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning of the episode when Daniel and Johnny try to pick up Robby from juvie, the background shows that the weather changes in an instant. When they're arguing, it's raining. When Robby refuses their help, it's sunny.
Audio problem: The man Larusso neglects to sell his dealership to thinks he just got the deal before being punked. He turns around to talk to his assistant but the audio here is off enough to be noticeable. His mouth doesn't match briefly.

Continuity mistake: When Ali dishes about Johnny and Daniel's high school rivalry, she holds her wine glass in one shot but not in the next. It's noticeable even when the camera is not on her.
