Continuity mistake: When Frank and Monica start arguing over the drugs, a train is approaching. It passes, however in one shot of Frank there is no train when we should see it.

Continuity mistake: At the bar, Lenny is in a brief shot standing with his back to the camera. His shirt moves down between cuts when Frank walks in.

Visible crew/equipment: When the kids are running from the cops there are flashes that are supposed to imitate lightning. In one shot a strobe light creating the effect is blatantly visible when the camera pans up to the sky.

Revealing mistake: Gizmo flies off a snow shovel on his car and it blows up. There is a noticeable edit here where the effect happens. It's likely the car didn't blow on the first take so they spliced two scenes together.

Other mistake: One of the evil Gremlins is messing with a stoplight by shorting out wires. The result is a very bright spark. Bright light is supposed to have a negative effect on the Gremlins - when we see them hit by the headlight beams in the bar they scream.

Continuity mistake: One of the mutated Gremlins scratches Billy's hand and then grabs an apple. On the desk there is a fake brain. In between shots it goes from being on its side to sitting flat.

Continuity mistake: The weather during the end chase changes three times. When they first leave it is full on sunny. When they arrive at the playground it is overcast. The next scene it's sunny again.

Question: The doctor is asking the mother questions about E.T. near the end. One of the questions he asks is "are the children okay?" The children are right there. Why does he ask her?

Other mistake: When Elliot's mother is reading to Gertie, there is a scene looking into the closet and we see her shadow as she is reading. Why don't we see Gertie's shadow? When we see them through the closet door they're sitting next to each other. We should see both.

The Toll - S1-E10

Revealing mistake: Mason brings his unnamed son to the lake and acts like he is going to drown him. The baby is noticeably a doll in all but the scene where he kisses it. It is obvious from the way he is carrying it as well as the lack of movement.

Audio problem: Near the end when Mark is shouting for the kids to start their own stations, in the wide shot the audio doesn't match up that well with what he's saying.

Continuity mistake: On Austin's jumbo jet, he attempts to get frisky with Vanessa and it messes up her hair. In the next shot she sits down and her hair is no longer messy.

Continuity mistake: Marty pulls his boat into a cove where a church sermon is happening. When we first see the sermon the sun is coming from the right. In the next scene the sun is behind Marty. It switches again when he pulls into the cove.
