Smack in the Middle (2) - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: Of all the possible mistakes related to the Robin mask Molly supposedly wears, the one that really could have been avoided was the fact that the camera does not cut away from Burt Ward while he is in the middle of the gesture of turning around and 'ripping away the mask', but only after he's done it, so you can tell nothing came off, nothing moves in his hair, let alone the face itself. Batman (1966)

Revealing mistake: Ellen and the cab guy are having some stilted small chat during their drive across town. Just look outside the car window; yellow antique shop sign, blue sign, purple store, green one...They are not exactly generic and makes the fact that it is all takes of them driving down the same road back and forth obvious and hilarious. In the first wide shot you can even spot the fact that the road past the block they are driving through is clean, they didn't spray shaving cream down there. (00:17:30)

Revealing mistake: When the cab hits Ellen's suitcase, the suitcase slides on the 'snow' leaving a trail that makes obvious it is a creamy substance with a consistence nowhere near real snow (apparently they used shaving cream). (00:16:00)

Revealing mistake: In the scene with the young mom settling in Ellen's room, the baby is crying loudly every single moment when their face is not shown. They don't move their arms or legs, their cheeks don't move, nothing about them is compatible with the canned cry put in editing. (00:49:30)

Revealing mistake: Even in the middle of the night just after a snowstorm and with plenty comments made about the freezing cold, the need for clothes heavier than the simple coat Ellen is wearing, etc., not the faintest hint of breath condensing can be ever seen throughout the movie. Exception are very rare; once in front of the hotel when Ellie ships the truckload of auction items.

Revealing mistake: Cross is between the first two steps of his tour de force following the instructions for the diamond delivery. McArthur says "Unit six, take "K" Street and double back", and we are shown Jezzie in her vehicle. She moves cutting through a traffic island with a forbidden maneuver, and yet you can see on the asphalt wet marks of 'someone' doing the exact same thing before her recently (obvious residual of the previous take). The Tragedy at Marsdon Manor - S3-E6

Revealing mistake: In the reveal at the end of the episode we see a prolonged close-up of the newspaper "Nairobi Daily Press." Not only the fateful article linked to the murder is written in a font different and larger from the one used in the rest of the first page, but you can also see where the fake part abruptly ends, resuming mid-sentence the article of a real (or realistic) newspaper used as base for the prop, back to the right font and consistent style. 6 Underground (2019)

Revealing mistake: With a sharp turn, 6 manages to cause a car crash as the cars fly around scaring off a guy with a Ronaldo shirt. Take a look at the shot when the cars are flying towards the camera, with an obelisk in the middle of the frame. You can see that something 'explodes' on the ground way before the car on the right lands crashing into a stand full of footballs. (00:04:25)

Batman (1966)

Revealing mistake: Throughout the movie, practically every victim ends up with a broken, twisted neck. The "special effect" used for those deaths is...the actors wear their jackets backwards. It is made even more evident by the plot twist at the end.

Gemini Man (2019)

Revealing mistake: A major selling point of the movie is the CGI technology used to de-age Will Smith. The effect works for the most part of the movie, including scenes in daylight, but in the last handful of minutes, maybe because of the plain 'happy-ending' light used, maybe for budget reasons, the face of Junior is thoroughly unconvincing, with a dramatic drop in quality in textures and modelization. The Rabbit Hole - S1-E2

Revealing mistake: The Wonderland gang henchmen dispose of the Crows' van through fire that causes a nice, clean, completely fake CGI explosion, looking entirely disjointed from the rest of the background. (00:02:00)

Ranma ½ (1989)

Revealing mistake: During the botched save of agent Fisher, the helicopter with the spotlight is well behind Cross and the others, and yet the light is projected on parts of the bridge who are facing away from that light and in fact blocked by the bridge structure, as if a strong light source was coming from the front of the rescuers. (00:04:40)

Revealing mistake: In the van at the beginning of the movie, Cross is checking out newspaper clippings about the serial killer. When they are shown in close-up for a couple seconds, the two leftmost clippings, that Cross took his time to pick and hang in the van, are obviously the same article with different titles (both in a single column strip, they even have the same layout and division in paragraphs, it's easy to spot even if you don't repeatedly watch or freeze-frame to actually read, and you just need to glance to see that they even have the same author listed). The Brass Bottle (1964)

Revealing mistake: When Fakrash talks to Harold about the woman that got him imprisoned, Burl Ives brings the 'peacock tongue' to his mouth pretending to eat it, but doesn't. (00:51:55)

Against the Dark (2009)

Revealing mistake: When Steven Seagal makes his triumphant entrance in the credits, his sword misses the first zombie he supposedly hacks (right after "Written by"), by a mile. (00:03:20)

Miami Connection (1987)

Revealing mistake: A bunch of seedy individuals are gathered, weapons in hand. Unbeknownst to them, though, deadly ninjas are creeping by, with all the speed of fast-forwarded footage. The problem, besides how obvious the trick is, is that it also features a visible jump cut; you can see the foliage change position literally from one frame to the other during the same shot.
