Revealing mistake: Fight in the toilet of the Paris nightclub: the presumed Lark rips out the sink's drain and begins assaulting Tom Cruise with it; Walker intervenes holding him, but the nimble Asian does a flip and brutally tosses him to the ground. As Henry Cavill is bent over before being snapped to the floor, on his back, you can definitely see a protective pad through the jacket. (00:31:52)

Revealing mistake: When Moby and Sylvia have the car accident, extras passing by look into the camera a few times, and an elderly couple does not just that, but stops by Sammo Hung. They are not visible in the next shot (and they should be), but appear again later crossing the street on cue from another spot once Lola Forner has reversed the car. In the very last shot, another extra gets in frame for a moment, then has second thoughts (probably realised he missed his cue) and steps back out of frame for no reason. (00:42:40)

Revealing mistake: As the biker punks roam the streets disturbing shoppers and merchants and endangering people sitting quietly at the cafe tables, the majority of the extras are actually laughing and having a great time even when they are yelling and waving angry fists. (00:14:40)

Revealing mistake: When Jon and Ponch are giving chase to the bikers after spotting them from the overpass, they are cutting through by going down the slope, dangerous and steep. Despite being such a daring move, there are already multiple tire tracks on their path. (00:40:25)

Revealing mistake: It is revealed that the ghost apparitions come through thanks to projection over falling sand, but that's not the trick used in the actual movie shoot: no sand is falling and accumulating on the floor in the last ghost apparition (when we can see the floor for a while) and in the second apparition (to Miss Fisher backstage) the line of sand was in the wrong direction for it to act as screen.

Revealing mistake: As the final chase for Deke starts, Ed tosses a wicker basket at Iris. The toss is already pretty weak looking, but to make matters worse, Judy Pace tosses the gun on purpose in front of her a moment after being 'hit'. (01:28:55)

Revealing mistake: In the flashback of the death of Noah's parents, besides the obvious clichè of insta-explosion on impact, it's obvious in the second shot that the car is exploding from within the passenger seats. (01:09:55)

Revealing mistake: When Jimmy grabs the cell's door, in the shot that happens before he starts banging his head on it, the supposedly secure door gives way effortlessly, showing big gaps. (00:42:30)

Revealing mistake: When Danny is hacking Twitter through brute force, the code executed on screen is not at all a hacking tool, but simply prints jibberish - actually I googled some lines I could easily pick up without pausing, and they were from a past year finalist of the The International Obfuscated C Code Contest. Entirely harmless easter eggs, certainly not hacking or cracking material. (00:10:35)

Revealing mistake: As Felix recollects the time when he and Vanessa were dating, he mentions it happened in their freshman year. The Roxy tweet that broke them up is dated 12 Nov 2014. When they show Felix's report card, it says it's for the 2014-2015 year, so it would merely be a couple months before. (00:09:10 - 00:15:40)

Revealing mistake: When Felix talks breaking the fourth wall about the mysterious, vicious "Roxy", he shows her twitter page. The latest tweet is dated Mar 10. Since the school at that moment still has to issue the report cards for the first semester, it seems a little too far ahead in time. (00:08:40)

Revealing mistake: When Miss Fisher reads the newspaper just before the final reveal, it's Friday 26 August 1928's newspaper. Remarkable, considering 6/26/1928 was a Sunday. It's not the only peculiar trait of that first page though, as in the text you can read the name "Casey Anthony" multiple times together with "not guilty" in bold text etc., all parts of a tragic story happening over 80 years after this episode. Revealing mistake: Jack lights up a match to see better in the darkness of his prison with Jane. As Jane gasps, the match is extinguished, but the additional light in the room remains the same. (00:41:50)

The Green Mill Murder - S1-E3

Revealing mistake: When the band in the nightclub performs the made up song "Mr. Music Man", the suave Mr. Stone, the musician Miss Fisher ends up dancing with, is doing one heck of an hilariously incompetent job at faking to play an instrument, basically playing air-banjo strumming about 3 inches above where the chords are, and wildly off tempo. In the closing bit of the song (as the singer sings "To sin") he even moves his hand at the side of the strings and not above them. (00:03:30)

Revealing mistake: When Will screams in front of the mirror, imagining himself turned into Carlton, something went wrong making the composite shot and not only you can actually see the line of separation between the two frames, but the superimposed one exposes a bit of the mirror woodframe before it wiggles into the correct position and covers it up. Revealing mistake: During the escape after the crippling of Berrada, there's a sequence where one of Sofia's dogs gets under her legs and she pets him briefly before launching him to attack one of the bad guys biting him exactly in the crotch. She then shoots him twice in the face putting him out of his misery. Under the person's shirt you can see the squared profile of protective padding. (01:00:00)

Revealing mistake: After shooting Sofia's boss, they are making an escape through a hall with 4 firepits. Sofia orders the dog to attack, and it pounces on a baddie. The dog is chewing on the person's midsection, and you can see through his clothes the outline of the padded vest he is wearing to protect himself. (00:57:45)

Revealing mistake: During his first conversation with Dr. No, Will Smith mouths "strings of Arabians" as Richard Roundtree says it (it can't be a line he rehearsed with Carlton, because his character has no clue about that branch of conversation). (00:11:00)
