Revealing mistake: The grate on the prison floor (left open and unguarded after they escaped from there the first time) is made of thick metal...or so it looks, because when Michelangelo climbs up, it wobbles by the lightest tap of his elbow. (01:09:55)

Revealing mistake: Walker celebrates the news that he's gonna get the agreed price on his shipment from Lord Norinaga. He fires his cannon, which not only must be firing a cluster projectile since it disintegrates in a single shot 3 targets, but also it makes them implode. (00:58:20)

Revealing mistake: In a complete non-sequitur, the Turtles declare that they are friends, taking off their masks. Mitsu picks Raphael's helmet up herself; not only her hands chance place on the helmet at the cut, but the helmet is soft rubber under her fingers. (00:40:25)

Revealing mistake: When Raphael tosses the sai breaking Mitsu's arrow in two as she is aiming at April and Whit, before it cuts to the close-up the actress is smiling as she turns around, obviously pleased because the take of the throw worked. (00:39:45)

Revealing mistake: The Turtles are preparing their time travel. Splinter tells them "The scepter will be in the temple, which means..." Pay close attention here, because now the rest of the sentence is obtained dubbing the line over a rewind of the previous footage. (00:21:50)

Revealing mistake: Once Shredder yells "Let the games begin", there is a cut on, so to say, the bleachers with the various Foot clansmember cheering and waving their weapons around enthusiastically. Their enthusiasm is too much and/or the weapons are too fake, because you can see their staves bending and jiggling like toys. (01:06:40)

Revealing mistake: Tokka tosses Leonard like a bowling ball; the Foot ninjas tumble and fall even when they are miles away from making any contact. (00:53:00)

Revealing mistake: In the rooftop scene with Splinter and the canister of Ooze, the blurry fake backdrop is not in the least convincing. (00:21:30)

Revealing mistake: When Donatello is messing around with the puppet, in the background the stuntmen who are fighting Leo and Mike are doing incredibly sloppy choreographies, or lack thereof, in particular those in the middle (around the doorframe) who literally run on the spot without doing anything. Revealing mistake: While Donatello is doing the "Ninja Cowboy" gag, in the background Michelangelo slips away from a dogpile and lets the goons beat each other up. It's meant to be a mere background choreography and it shows, since the stuntman on top is "pummeling" the others with the slowest fake punches. (00:05:05)

Revealing mistake: During the opening scene a clear divide between head and body of the Turtles suits is particularly obvious in a few sequences, such as when Donatello hogties a baddie and shouts "Ninja Cowboy!" raising his head, or when he plays dummy bouncing left and right. (00:05:20)

Revealing mistake: As Lo bids farewell to Darius, you can get a good look at the back of his neck when he catches the keys with his not-so-injured-anymore hand. When he drives away the camera zooms on an XXX tattoo that simply wasn't there. (01:34:25)

Revealing mistake: When Cobbs slams Darius against the door after dodging the knife he pulled out, Ice Cube is replaced by a stuntman. (01:26:40)

Revealing mistake: As the bullet train is chased by the helicopters in formation, the helicopters fly as obvious CGI constructs. (01:23:35)

Revealing mistake: When XXX and his friends open the cheese truck, look into it and let Toby work his magic, you can see in the distance above the black SUV the cars blocking the road to allow filming. (01:08:30)

Revealing mistake: Aboard his M2 Bradley Stone dodges the other tank's cannon shot, which destroys the helicopter without piercing its outer frame; the helicopter simply implodes. (00:55:10)

Revealing mistake: On the receiving end of a prison sex joke, 'Sergeant' Cobb shouts irate to his men to kill Stone. An RPG is fired at him but Stone apparently makes a tank as maneuverable as a bike and just dodges it. The rocket hits a truck, but if you look at the trajectory, the CGI rocket gets inside the truck making it explode from the inside without breaking the side of the truck itself, which is pure witchcraft. Revealing mistake: Ice Cube peels the sticker from the hard drive, but he starts peeling it from the right side in the first shot, the left side in the close-up - in fact looking at the numbers you can tell it' s a mirrored shot. (00:32:00)

Revealing mistake: When Ice Cube is escaping from prison and the prison sniper tries to shoot him down, the actor might as well been doing "pew-pew" noises with his mouth, because his finger is not even on the trigger. (00:13:00)
