Other mistake: In Chapter one, venturing in Ban Machair, the first text adventure node is called "Across and Yonder." During the chess match, the word "Asymmetry" is spelled with two S.

We. The Revolution
Other mistake: Starting a new game, the description for the Fiction mode says... well, exactly that. "This is the description for the Fiction mode." Nothing else at all. Placeholder text at the very beginning of the game.

Coffee Talk
Other mistake: In the newspaper intermission between days, one headline about the supplies distribution problem is entered twice, one time plural, another time singular.

Moe Era
Other mistake: In the dream intro, Teya tells the protagonist that the observation period will last "a few days." When he "wakes up", if you choose to talk to Sima, you tell her about the dream, and she ends up mentioning "four days."

Paganini Horror (1989)
Other mistake: In the opening credits of the movie, actress Luana Ravegnini's last name is misspelled as "Ravagnini" (00:01:20)

Pagalpanti (2019)
Other mistake: The opening (like most of the movie) does not make much sense, so you can pick your kind of mistake here; the special effects are cartoonishly bad throughout the big firework explosions. When John Abraham is knocked through a window by a rocket (which takes off with a 270° turn without even rising) to the face, he gets up unscathed and starts screaming for Junky and Chandu. The camera moves from them to him and he's running with the girl in the red costume in front of him (which was way behind, safely, when he crashed through the window, so already that is wrong), and then there's a wider shot. In that shot, you can tell that Adams is bumping into the same people as before and the distances between the extras are all wrong. (00:06:35)

Exit to Hell (2013)
Other mistake: Ten minutes into the movie, during the credits one character is presented as "Cheno", but in the end credits he's "Chino". (00:10:35)

Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #3.4 - S3-E4
Other mistake: Twice in the episode Fidel gets from the computer a fingerprint match for Adam Frost. The date of the sample is February 10th, which not only is inconsistent with the supposed timeline of the episode (the security camera puts the murder on March 7th, and the previous episode was set in the fourth week of March as per the gigolo's appointment schedule). but also differs from Natasha's fingerprint date, February 9th. The murder was discovered in the morning, so the victim's prints have been taken the same day as the suspects'.

Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #3.4 - S3-E4
Other mistake: The phone records Fidel shows are of February, with Valentine's day being the latest entry. It is inconsistent with practically any other inconsistent bit of the episode (bank statements in February listed as 3 months prior, security camera of March, fingerprint file dated February 9th). Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #3.4 - S3-E4
Other mistake: When Dwayne stalks Simone, his sidecar is smack in the middle of the driveway when she approaches; he drives away towards the left but he is then lurking on the right side of the road as she drives off. All of that with his front light on. Not even a blind person could Miss it, and he'd have to swerve wildly to get in that sort of position. (00:28:10)

Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #3.4 - S3-E4
Other mistake: Humph points out a suspiciously large cash transfer that happened 'three months ago'. On the bank statement, the transfer is shown as happening on Feb 3, so we should be around May. The security footage Dwayne reviews established that the murder happened on the 7th of March. (00:22:00)

Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #3.4 - S3-E4
Other mistake: When Camille checks out Natasha's bank statement (a picture of it, which is kinda odd as you'd expect another file format), it contains amongst many other payments also a cash transfer to Paul Bevans for €10,000, but the subtotals do not reflect that at all (from over 18k Euros goes to 12k). There is also the not negligible detail that her name is misspelled in her own bank account; she is "Natasha Thiebert" but the statement spells it "Tieebert." (00:22:05)

Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #3.2 - S3-E2
Other mistake: Camille shows Humph some bank statements. Susie's is unreadable at normal speed, while you can tell that Carl Collins' is a January 2014 statement, and Arnold Finch's is a March 2013 one, not quite comparable nor really making sense being so outdated. His totals don't add up at all, either, supposedly being on the brink of financial ruin but with 12,000 in the account after a positive of 4,000, an in payment of 1,200 and a long series of withdrawals and payments. Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #2.8 - S2-E8
Other mistake: Richard states that all 33 of the prints he recovered from the cash wraps were by the victim, but we see the secretary in flashbacks collect them from the garbage bin with no gloves, which would leave obvious prints that can't be washed away - the presence of prints wouldn't even be all that incriminating per se, since it wouldn't be terribly strange for the personal assistant to momentarily handle some money inside her boss' office.

There is a schedule specifying the various type of characters those items are designed for, a schedule for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday...Sunday and Sunday.

Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #2.7 - S2-E7
Other mistake: The show, shot in Guadeloupe, part of France, is set in the fictional island of Saint Marie, British overseas territory, with English as official language. When we see the development company sign a big cheque to the local university, it is to the order of University of Guadeloupe (also non-existent, since the university in Guadeloupe would have been in 2012 the University of the French West Indies and Guiana). Incidentally, the document that supposedly incriminating picture (taken at an amazingly public event including giant cardboard fake cheque) is from, is a form about real estate in Nevada. (00:20:50)

Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #2.7 - S2-E7
Other mistake: Richard does not possess psychic powers, but he grabs from the shelf the one book that is a key plot point; the book is amongst many others in a bookcase full of texts. It does not stick out literally or figuratively in any way and most importantly, it does not feature the professor's name on the spine - that is probably where the issue lies; manufacturing the prop they did not leave any clue about the professor that Richard could have picked up - the name is merely on the front and back. Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #2.2 - S2-E2
Other mistake: Sister Marguerite throughout the whole episode is wearing not very nun-like quantities of lipstick and mascara - especially considering that the head nun is depicted as strict and frowning upon things like chewing-gum.

Death in Paradise (2011)
Episode #1.6 - S1-E6
Other mistake: The married couple are penned down on the whiteboard as Alex and Phil Owens, but in the episode credits their last name is Owen. (00:25:45 - 00:52:00)
