Other mistake: Xiang leaves Cage and his team in the hands of Hawk and Talon and jumps off the bridge onto a moving semi. Meanwhile Cage has a quick fight with Hawk that still takes some moments that simply can't be written down as cinematic time-compression that shows actions happening simultaneously in separate moments; Hawk stops him, they exchange words and blows, Cage gets dragged and goes back first through a car window. Then Vin Diesel gets the upper hand, supermarios Michael Bisping's head and as he falls down...there's the same semi where Donnie Yen is. HOW? Donnie was even further down the bridge and the van is moving at full speed and not caught in the traffic jam above. (01:07:20)

Other mistake: Xander gets the location of the 'ghosts' from his posh Brit hacker friend. He brings it to his duck-lipped boss who is waiting for him in a limo. Judging by the back window it's not just raining, but pouring; still all the exterior views before showed a perfect weather and most importantly, both Vin Diesel's chrome dome and his pimp coat are perfectly dry. (00:26:10)

Sammo

Other mistake: When Donnie Yen does his spinnarooni thing on the conference table, one of the CIA agents in the background has his gun pointed at him, but breaks his stance acting scared right when the villain stops being dangerous as he is standing up. (00:09:20)

Other mistake: When Ruby Rose is introduced, the Italian localization does not understand the reference to the game "Call of Duty", and thus just translates the expression literally. Italians play "Call of Duty", not "Dovere." (00:33:10)

Sammo

Other mistake: In the Italian dub, when Michelangelo hangs the telephone reminding the pizza delivery people that "The clock is ticking, dude!" the translation says "Your days are numbered", which is obviously incorrect (the clock is ticking on the pizza delivery time; the guy will be two minutes late). Quantico (2015)

Cover - S1-E3

Other mistake: The footage from Simon's CCTV cameras that shows Alex hitting him does not match the actual scene; for instance, look at the very last supposed camera shot with Alex pulling the hood up on her head; she uses the wrong arm (left instead of right) and Simon is in a weird position in the middle of the entrance, almost facing the opposite direction and not in a corner like in the original scene. Saint Seiya: Awakening

Other mistake: A common dispatch mission is called "Lord Pavo" and asks to use "his" control of the wind to perform a task. Pavo Mayura is a female.

Saint Seiya: Awakening

Other mistake: One of the trivia questions asks 'What does the "ninth art" refer to?'. The answer marked as correct is "Jianxi province", which, as self evident, is not. A previous version of the game had it down as "video games", which wouldn't have been right either.

Kaiser Knuckle

Other mistake: Celebrating the tournament win of one J.McCoy in his ending, the commentator says that "this is what AMERECA is all about."

Sammo

Other mistake: The end credits list the cast, so it says, "in order of their disappearance." But it's not true; Ilona is listed before Martino, who disappeared earlier than she did (52:30 vs 58:20), Blore is listed before Armstrong, who's been dead longer, and Lombard is the very last, while he was the Indian number two.

Sammo

Other mistake: Despite Blore having shorted out of the generator the night before, when the last survivor gets back to the hotel for the finale, all the lights in the lobby are back to normal. The killer is smart, but not an electrician. (01:30:25)

Sammo

Other mistake: Throughout the 'blackout', no lights at all work and everyone has to get by with candles, torches and their own flashlights, but the main hall is perfectly lit, and even when they go rescue Vera who cried because her candles were blown out, the corridor behind Lombard has enough light to allow anyone to see without any problem. (01:11:10)

Sammo

Other mistake: The murderer is not a ghost or someone with supernatural powers, but he strangles Elsa from a spot she stepped on before the cut, and with no other possible item or structure they could have been hidden by. (00:33:25)

Other mistake: Once the General has been killed during the search party, everyone is in shock and they rush to the statues, to find out that their worst nightmare is true and one more little Indian was broken. But wait; before they checked that, apparently everyone thought it was best to freshen up and go through a complete wardrobe change, because everyone is in different clothes than before. In the following scene Blore speaks with the butler in the kitchen, wearing the same tuxedo he had earlier, and not the jacket and turtleneck displayed by the Indians, and Lombard is in his room, changing into his own jacket and turtleneck that already had by the Indians. Ten Little Indians mistake picture

Other mistake: After the third homicide, everyone gathers around the statuettes of the ten little Indians. Small problem, though. There are eleven little Indians. (00:42:20)

Episode #1.2 - S1-E2

Other mistake: The General and Blore search the Doctor and the Judge's bag when the clock in a close-up strikes 8. When the doctor in an outbursts dumps Vera's bag on the floor, he stands by the clock that now shows it's 9:35. (00:05:05)

Other mistake: There are heavy winds and persistent snow in an alpine resort, snowing every night, but throughout the whole movie even when Lombard goes to check the open door at night there's no hint of breath cloud on anybody.

Sammo

Other mistake: Lombard supposedly just pretended to drop the key inside the chandelier while he palmed it instead, but A) you can see the shadow of the key in the glass bowl and B) the noise comes with a timing and pitch that could be explained only by a key dropped, not banged against the rim. (01:11:05)

Other mistake: The singer dies like he's been shot, screaming out and with a violent movement. Nobody in their right mind would say that he passed out drunk, but a couple of guests just assume that. Somehow with such a theatrical and violent death the glass stays also intact and with enough liquid to be examined later. (00:23:40)

Sammo

Other mistake: When the General tells the story of how he received the invitation, he mentions that Owen claimed friendship with someone else who was also supposed to be there. Turns out that the Judge was supposed to meet 'legal friends', and Mrs. Bergen meet people from the film business. It's hard to imagine how anyone - especially one with the General's temper, or a capricious film star - would fail to mention the fact earlier and calmly go on with the situation when it should have been obvious hours earlier that the people they were supposed to meet not only were not there, but were not expected nor even supposed to be. Anyone would have been livid about being so blatantly conned from the beginning. (00:19:00)
