Flight to Hell (2003)

Other mistake: Everything is lost, or so it seems when a fuel leak is discovered. Carol the stewardess sobs because it was her last flight, and she was just 3 days away from her wedding. That's nice, too bad that it was the background story of the OTHER stewardess, Janet, as established when she was boinking Bob. (00:12:00 - 01:15:00)

A Wise Decision - S2-E12

Other mistake: In the previous episode it was established that the final takes place the day after the semifinals. The kids went right away to the hospital and talked about the match against Musashi, wearing normal clothes, and had a night adventure searching the town left and right. In this episode another day passes by before the final.

A Wise Decision - S2-E12

Other mistake: Wakabayashi is holding the ball left from Tsubasa's lame attempt. His hand is positioned differently on the ball between shots, as noticeable from the hexagons. In that shot, his hat also has the wrong name "WGNZO", missing an E. (00:20:25)

A Wise Decision - S2-E12

Other mistake: With a sigh, Genzo has to admit that he can't do anything for Hyuga and waiting is the only option. For his last line, his hat says just "W Genz" and not "W Genzo." (00:06:40)

Mega-Shot - S2-E11

Other mistake: Throughout the game, the announcer has no clue about Misugi's heart problem - which is not publicly known anyway - yet at the end of the match he makes a comment about it.

Mega-Shot - S2-E11

Other mistake: The Musashi team are ready for the kick off. But the aerial view shows the teams in positions incompatible with the situation; not every player is in their own half, and even more noticeably, there are no players by the center mark, in fact nowhere near. (00:03:05)

My Heart Still Beats - S2-E10

Other mistake: Tsubasa gets the stray ball very close to the goal line. Regardless of that, the Musashi players surround him and there's a larger portion of field around them with no lines. (00:17:30)

My Heart Still Beats - S2-E10

Other mistake: When Tsubasa is staring at Urabe running in the distance, Urabe's hair is see-through in some shots and you can see the shape of his skull (or at least a glowing circular spot that appears in some frames only). (00:11:05)

My Heart Still Beats - S2-E10

Other mistake: While he waits for Tsubasa to lose the two defenders marking him, you can see that two Musashi players are coming at Misaki from behind. They are gone in the rest of the scene, to the point that he turns around and brings the ball back outside the area unchallenged. (00:09:20)

Other mistake: Yayoi and a teammate help Misugi get back to midfield after the goal. One of the untamed cheerleaders of his sports a pink raincoat that is not colored properly within the lines. (00:05:45)

Misogi, Don't Die - S2-E9

Other mistake: When Misugi is on the ground in pain after Tsubasa's equalizer, one of the forwards is watching him, but the number 10 on his jersey is transparent. (00:09:25)

Other mistake: Level 2 has a side-scrolling, shoot'em up section. Characters who can fly (Iron Man, Vision) need no help, but Cap and Hawkeye receive instead by Wonder Man a flying bike to ride. In the Genesis version though, Wonder Man tosses the heavy vehicle on the back of the character's head, and it even bounces off them. In every other version, the bike lands on the ground with no incidents.

Everly (2014)

Other mistake: Salma Hayek is shot and the bullet goes through her side, leaving an entry wound and an exit would on her body, but not on the nightie she's wearing, at least when she passes by the entrance mirror. (00:05:50)

Sammo

Other mistake: The lineup of enemies is quite illogical when you consider that villains with devastating physical power such as Juggernaut have less energy and pack less power than the penultimate boss, Crossbones, that is simply a skilled mercenary. Juggernaut is also shown with a single eye in contrast with any and every portrait of the character.

I Can't Play - S2-E7

Other mistake: Misaki dispossesses Akira Ichinose with an aerial tackle (which would be illegal anyway, since he's by every mean doing a flying kick at an opponent), but for that to happen the way it is shown, the player already must have lost control of the ball, since Misaki 's foot is hooking a ball situated behind the back leg of Ichinose. It's not what it is supposed (and described) to happen. (00:15:20)

A Brilliant Fight - S2-E5

Other mistake: After the lengthy recap of the previous episode, Misugi is facing Teppei Kisugi, but the football shrinks during their struggle, being at one point smaller than the 10-year old's foot. (00:03:20)

A Wounded Prince - S2-E4

Other mistake: Sanada passes the ball to Honma as per Misugi's instructions. Honma gets it and runs...in the opposite direction, towards his own goal! Somehow it is the right direction, though. (00:13:20)
