Visible crew/equipment: After Evelyn tells Rafe that she is pregnant, she walks away and leaves him standing by the gas pumps. The camera zooms out and a boom mic comes into view in the upper right hand corner. (02:17:25)

Continuity mistake: When Bond sees Vesper sitting in the shower, after they have killed the two Ugandan rebels, the shower screen is completely clear (or may have been removed to give the shot more impact), but then has huge droplets on it when he joins her. (01:24:00)

Continuity mistake: When one of the pilots of the "pride of the pacific" crew is painting a woman on the side of his airplane, he is brushing it on with his right hand, but in the following closeup, he is now brushing it on with his left, then back to his right in the wider shot. (00:33:50)

Continuity mistake: When Rafe goes to thank Evelyn, Evelyn at one point goes up to his ear and whispers, but her position at his ear keeps changing from really close to a bit further away between shots. (00:14:55)

Continuity mistake: In the scene in front of the hotel on the night before Rafe ships out to England, Evelyn puts a scarf around his neck. There is a camera shot from his back: no scarf; then another one from his front, and he's wearing the scarf again. (00:27:10)

Continuity mistake: In another scene when Danny and Evelyn are at the Black Cat diner after leaving the cinema she gets up to leave first, but when she gets up there is no hankie on the table. After the camera shows her walking out the door, it cuts back to Danny who picks up the hankie, which was not there a second ago. (00:55:10)

Continuity mistake: On the morning after the love scene with Evelyn and Danny, they are talking and she puts her head on his right shoulder and starts crying. The camera pulls back and she is still crying on his shoulder - but this time on his left shoulder, not his right. (01:05:50)

Visible crew/equipment: When Tess is looking at the painting just before Terry Benedict joins her, the man on her left side explaining about the painting wears glasses that reflect the camera crew. It is especially clear if you watch it in high-definition. (00:46:40)

She opens the book and holds the card behind the book cover, then when you see a close-up of the text you can see the card is being held inside the book. Then it's back behind the book cover. Continuity mistake: When Louise calls Carrie from the bridal salon, her little sister is visible in the mirror's reflection as she holds Louise's Louis Vuitton bag on her lap. In the reflection the back of the Louis Vuitton bag faces out, but in the sister's close-up the bag's distinctive front faces out, then in the next shot it's the back again. (02:09:30)

Continuity mistake: At the Italian restaurant, when Miranda explains that she has a brief to work on at home, Magda lifts her glass of water with her left hand, but in the shot facing her she holds it in her right hand, then it's back in her left hand again. (00:23:35)

Continuity mistake: When Charlotte, Anthony and Carrie are planning the wedding, Carrie has a pen attached to her dress strap which keeps changing positions (it doesn't disappear, we can still see its black cap) while she is sitting on the bed and when she gets her wedding dress out of the closet. Continuity mistake: When Kevin Spacey is rushed into the hospital after collapsing, the medical people rip his shirt off to apply ice bags. In the next shot they are stuffing ice bags up under his intact shirt. (01:15:25)

Continuity mistake: As "Sandman" is making its bombing run, the bomb door is opened - in the next side angle shot of the plane, the door is shut again. (01:56:00)

Continuity mistake: Penny takes a photo of herself with Bolt after Bolt has 'rescued' her again at the very beginning with a Polaroid camera. She places it (the camera) on a counter next to the trailer's door and it is parallel to the edge. Later, after the two cats have taunted Bolt and the camera pans down, the camera has moved and is now positioned at an angle on the counter.
