Continuity mistake: At the very beginning, when Luis attacks Ana, she escapes into the bathroom and falls over into the tub. The rug on the floor is folded back in the shot from the top, but it is flat when Ana steps out of the tub.

Continuity mistake: When Malfoy and his friends take off, after Harry has beaten them, you can see Hermione and Ron standing in the background with their backs to a fence. When it cuts to a closeup of them they are suddenly standing behind a tree. (01:00:30)

Trivia: The bloated woman who is brought into the mall in the truck is actually played by a man. His name is Ermes Blarasin, and he is a stuntman.

Continuity mistake: On the Hogwarts Express, Lupin pulls out his wand to repel the Dementor attacking Harry. In the shot facing Lupin his shirt sleeve is mostly covered by his suit sleeve and he holds the wand a particular way. In the next close-up facing the Dementor, Lupin's arm is visible and a much greater area of his shirt sleeve is now seen and he holds the wand completely differently. (00:22:15)

Continuity mistake: When Dr. Dandewar hangs up the phone you can see the phone chord gets twirled up. When it cuts the chord is straight. (00:00:55)

Continuity mistake: In the fan lesson, when Queen Clarisse puts the fan over her face, it shows the back. When it cuts back to her, it is showing the front. This happens twice. (00:37:15)

Continuity mistake: When Ana is done talking with Dr. Dandewar she gets to Cora's desk and places her files on the desk. When it cuts the brown file on the desk has moved. (00:01:15)

Continuity mistake: When the Queen is listening to the problems of the Genovians, we see a shot of the other Genovians waiting in line for their turn to speak with the Queen. The next person who speaks to the Queen is Jacqueline, but we didn't see her in line, and after that is Tiny Duval, but we didn't see him in line either. (00:38:35)

Continuity mistake: When entering the Hippogriff paddock, there is a shot of Hagrid stepping over the wall with the children behind and the ground is sunlit. Then it cuts to a wider shot and the ground isn't sunlit. (00:30:45)

Continuity mistake: In the Karaoke scene, when it's Charlotte's turn, one briefly sees the number 601 on the door to the cabin. Later, when she's waiting outside and Bob leaves the room it's the number 602. (00:48:10)

Continuity mistake: After Harry leaves the Dursleys, Sirius the dog shows up behind a park bench surrounded by dimly lit thick bushes. When the Knight Bus arrives, the bench is visible across the street and now it's brightly lit and the trash container beside the bench is clearly visible. Then, before Harry boards he has one more look at the bench and it is just as dark as the first shot. (00:08:00)

Continuity mistake: While standing in front of a frozen Megatron, after Banacheck explains that Sam's great-great-grandfather made one of the greatest discoveries, Sam and Mikaela are shoulder to shoulder, but in the next back shot they are 4-5 feet apart. Visible crew/equipment: At Hoover Dam, after the salute, when Defense Secretary Keller speaks with Lennox and Epps, the reflection of the white reflector screen is visible on Keller's glasses. What's more, the boom mic's reflection is actually visible within the reflector screen's reflection. Two for the price of one. (01:35:30)
