Other mistake: During the chase scene on the highway, when Sam says, "It's the same cop," they pan to a wide shot to show the whole freeway with the cars on it. All of the vehicles are on the wrong side of the freeway. When looking out of the back of his car, you can see the fronts of all of the cars coming towards the camera, and you can see the text on the signs facing the camera as well. You can also see crowds on the flyover, watching the filming. (01:50:05)

Continuity mistake: When Mikaela has Bumblebee at the back of Mike's Towing truck, she drives down an alleyway, and when she stops the truck in the close-up there is a trashcan and other debris between the front two tires, which vanish in the wideshot. (02:02:25)

Continuity mistake: When Agent Simmons takes Mikaela and Sam into custody, the headrests in the SUV vanish when Prime shows up. The driver's headrest is visible just after they enter the car. When Sam says, "My car had been stolen, from me, from my home," and when Simmons asks, "What do you kids know about aliens?" the headrest behind Sam is visible, among other moments. (01:19:00)

Continuity mistake: During Sam's family genealogy report, when he holds up Captain Witwicky's glasses to show the class, there are cracks in certain areas of both lenses. Those cracks actually change position and characteristics when we see the glasses elsewhere in the film, such as on eBay and when Prime explains their importance to Sam and Mikaela when they first meet. Continuity mistake: When Trelawney is walking towards the table that Potter, Ron and Hermione are sitting at, you can see the book on the table is closed. When Trelawney gasps it cuts to Ron and you can see the book is actually open. (00:29:00)

Continuity mistake: As Harry is about to drop his shoe on the floor in front of the Monster Book of Monsters, there is a closeup of Hedwig sitting on the chair. When it cuts to a wide shot, you can see that Hedwig has moved to farther to the left on the chair. (00:15:15)

Continuity mistake: After leaving the Dursleys, Harry sits down on the pavement beside his trunk, with no room between the two. When he turns to look at the squeaking swings, in the shot from behind him, there is at least a foot of space between Harry and the trunk. Continuity mistake: When Princess Mia and Andrew are at the seashore, we see Andrew with two cameras; one around his neck and the second across one shoulder. When they are running after Princess Mia's scarf, we still see the cameras. But when they are flat down on the sand and Andrew wraps the now recovered scarf back around Princess Mia's neck, Andrew has no cameras. (00:27:05)

Continuity mistake: In the Department of Mysteries, when Hermione says, "It's just an empty archway," the scratch on Harry's right cheek is large and bloody, but in the next shot it is significantly smaller. It continues to change in following shots. (01:48:40)

Continuity mistake: After class when Sam rushes to his father, who is waiting in his car, and tells him that he got an A-, the license plate is affixed to the front bumper. At the start of the next shot, the front license plate is gone, but it then reappears when they arrive at Bobby B's. (00:11:35)

Continuity mistake: When Princess Mia and Nicholas duck into a closet to finish discussing the "lie-dance," we see Nicholas reach across to turn off the closet light. As he touches the light switch, we see he has a wristwatch on. But the very next shot is a close-up of him actually twisting the switch, and either he has no watch on or it is now under the sleeve. Continuity mistake: When fighting Boagrius, Achilles tosses his shield with the attached spear, to the ground, the spear separates and lies beside the shield - which is face down, as Boagrius throws the second spear. However, when Achilles runs toward Boagrius their proximity differs, and when he stabs him the spear is gone and the shield is face up, but when Boagrius falls to his knees, the spear is back. Continuity mistake: When Charlotte listens to the soul-searching CD the picture of the author on the back cover multiplies in size between shots when she turns the box around. (00:27:20)

Continuity mistake: When Bob puts Charlotte into her bed, he first lays her down with her skirt slightly pulled down so that her belly button is showing. In the next shot, the skirt is pulled up to meet the bottom of her shirt-barely any skin is visible. (00:52:15)

Continuity mistake: The scars and scratches on Boagrius' face and body change significantly and some scratches disappear, between his first few close-ups and then when Achilles moves toward him.
